Establish permit parking places (operational between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday) in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid WD1 permit in roads listed in Schedule 1 to this notice. 2. Impose waiting restrictions in roads and sections of roads listed in Schedule 1 to this notice operational between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. 3. Impose ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in sections of the roads listed in Schedule 1 and 2 to this notice. RESIDENTS PERMITS - £0 - 1st vehicle, all subsequent - £40 per annum VISITORS VOUCHERS First book of 10 per household per annum- free. £5 - per book of 10 thereafter. Extend operational times of Zone Y1 of the Yiewsley Parking Management Scheme in Bentinck Road and St Stephens Road from 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday to 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Saturday. 2. Establish permit parking places (operational between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Saturday) in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Y1 permit in roads listed in Schedule 1 to this notice. 3. Disabled Bay in which only vehicles displaying a Blue Badge may be left at all times.
