JACKSONVILLE — When training camp opens in three weeks, Leonard Fournette expects to report at the same weight he did during last month’s mandatory mini- camp — 224 pounds. That’s 11 pounds lighter than his playing weight last season as a rookie. I feel like I play my best at that weight — 223, 224 — that’s what I played in college, Fournette said. Why not?
