Holsten Pils, their earthy, blonde pilsner, is popular thanks to its distinct aroma and malty flavour. The brewery is also home to Holsten Vier, a 4% ABV lager. Their quest was to establish the first brewery in South East Asia. The brewery was located in the St Miguel district of Manilla and the first brew created on St Michael’s day. San Miguel day. Finally, he returns home, carrying two things with him: a passion for beer and a dream to set up his own brewery. He builds his Art Deco brewhouse in Varese and gathers the finest ingredients: water from Alpine sourced streams and the hops personally selected from all over Europe.

There is a darker side to apples - mystery, temptation and more. So we’ve developed Bad Apple, a mysteriously deep and tangy cider from the Wilds of Herefordshire. Cider apples are ugly little devils. These are the Bad Apples we embrace. We love the unloved ones, because blended together with our skilful fermentation process, these apples produce an intriguing cider with sweet notes, a sharp tang and a short dry finish. We believe the world deserves a cider from the uglier, darker end of the orchard. Because bad apples make better cider.
