LIEUTENANT JEFFREY W. ROGERS

Lt Col Jeffrey W. Rogers, CAP is the Chief of Staff for Rocky Mountain Region. As Chief of Staff, he is responsible to the Region Commander for managing the Region staff in supporting the Congressionally assigned missions throughout the five Wings. Civil Air Patrol is the US Air Force Auxiliary with a mission focus on Aerospace Education, Cadet Programs, and Emergency Services.

Lt Col Rogers joined as a Cadet in , earning the Award (#53908) before transitioning to Senior in 2006. Enlisting in 2006, he served as a public affairs specialist before going on to ROTC in 2008, commissioning from California State University - Fullerton in 2012. He earned his Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Regent University in May 2019. Since joining in 2002, he’s been assigned to various command and staff positions in both CAP and the US Army. Prior to his current position, he was assigned as the Rocky Mountain Region Deputy Chief of Staff for Aerospace Education.
