Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are required for the Highways purpose to wit for formation of ring road to Mannargudi town branching and merging at km 35/2 Kumbakonam-Mannargudi-Adhirampattinam road (SH66). and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for land is to be paid by Divisional Engineer Highways Tiruvarur and after considering the cause shown by owner or other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do here by publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Highways Act, 2001(TN Act34/2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019. Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Government of Tamil Nadu here by acquires the land specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 1.63.24 hectares of lands a little more or less required to wit for forming ring road to Mannargudi town branching and merging at km 35/2 of Kumbakonam-Mannargudi-Adhirampattinam road (SH66) in Kumarapuram Village, Mannargudi Taluk in Tiruvarur District,

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II for Highways purpose to wit for 2 way line to 4 way line of SH- 39 Tirunelveli – Sengottai - Kollam Road at K.M 5/000 to 50/600 K.M., Alangulam Village & Taluk, Tirunelveli District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Tirunelveli (TNRSP-II) Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on said lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 38/2019). The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing Level Crossing 142A at Railway km 466/21-23 in between – Somanur Railway stations. Acquiring of land is essential for traffi c clearance and that an extent of 23759 square meter specifi ed in the schedule is to be acquired in Rasipalayam and Arasur Village for public purpose and it having already been decided that in the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer, Highways Projects, Chennai and after having considered that cause shown by the owners or the other persons having interest in the said lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub – section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

V In the said Master Plan in the land use schedules under the heading ‘Sirkali Master Plan-Zoning Schedules, under the heading, 1.
