Sinner were formed by vocalist and bassist in Stuttgart in 1982. Sinner released their first album, Wild'n'Evil in 1982. This album, along with the next two (Fast Decision and Danger Zone) were raw affairs, having little in common with the melodic metal they would later become known for. After many personnel changes (including drummer Edgar Patrik leaving to join Bonfire), the band saw the addition of Accept's Herman Frank on guitars and the release of the acclaimed Touch of Sin in 1985 on Noise. Frank would leave before the next album, 1986's Comin' Out Fighting, with future U.D.O. guitarist Mathias Dieth replacing him. The band have now released 17 albums and are more popular than ever. No Place In Heaven is one of 8 new 2CD and digital compilations released as part of the Noise Lebt reissue series. Each title features striking generic packaging in a stylish digipack with new sleevenotes featuring band interviews, photos and memorabilia. Noise will be relaunched with a new website, targeted advertising and PR. Further Kamelot LP and expanded CD studio album reissues will follow later in the year.
