2021 Legislative Scorecard The South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations (SDAHO) tracks legislator actions on legislation relative to the position taken by the SDAHO Policy Council. This scorecard tallies legislator actions on bills relative to SDAHO’s position, separating legislators into three categories. Key legislation used in this scorecard: HB 1046, HB 1061, HB 1077, HB 1093, HB 1097, HB 1136, HB 1154, HB 1159, HB 1220, HB 1247, SB 3, SB 20, SB 34, SB 96, SB 144, SB 167, and SB 186.
