PRINCIPAL’S PONDERINGS

We are into the last part of the term with the end of the chilly mornings in sight. Blake and I will be heading off to Ballarat and Sovereign Hill for a 3 day camp which promises to be very exciting. The following week we have Blake and Jade competing in the next level of Athletics, representing the Noojee Sports Association. In the past few weeks we have been working on money with the stu- dents to build their confidence in calculating change and number skills. We are continuing to work on reading and the importance of reading at home on a regular basis cannot be emphasised enough. It is only through practice that we become better readers. The students are now reaching the stage where they are wanting to continue reading as they are enjoying what it is they are reading.

Until next time.

STUDENT ACHIEVEMENTS
