Day 1: Activities Around San Francisco Fishermans Wharf

 Activity 2/Bay Cruise: Head over to the Blue and Gold Ticket Booth and Departure location that is just to the west of around 10am for the 10:45am cruise. The lines get longer throughout the day, so getting here first is the best way to get a good spot on this cruise. The cruise lasts around an hour.  Activity 6/Boudin Tour: After you finish with your Bay Cruise, head over to for your tour. The tour itself is only about 30 to 45 minutes, but you should also plan on spending a few minutes watching the bakers at work. This is also a great place to stay for lunch - I recommend the clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl!  Activity 3/1/2 Hour GoCar Tour: After lunch, you can spend a little time strolling around the neighborhood using some of the coupons. Once you are ready, head over to pick up your GoCar for your half hour rental. During this time, I recommend you drive over to (and down) Lombard Street, one of the crookedest streets in San Francisco. If the line to get down the street is short, you could also drive through North Beach and then back to Fishermans Wharf. Keep close track of your time, since they sometimes charge an additional fee if you get back late.  Activity 5/Aquarium of the Bay: Your final stop of the day is the Aquarium of the Bay. This is on Pier 39 and is one of my favorites in Fishermans Wharf. Make sure you leave at least an hour to an hour and a half for this part of your trip. Day 2: Hop On/Off Bus & Wax Museum

 Stop #1/San Francisco Fishermans Wharf: This is the start of the tour. I recommend you start here. Pick up the bus on the corner of North Point and Taylor Streets.  Stop #4/: This is your first stop - the Palace of Fine Arts. It's a free San Francisco attraction. It's a great picture stop and will only take you about 20 to 25 minutes to visit. Hop back on the next bus and proceed on the tour.  Stop #5/: This stop is the Golden Gate Bridge. It's the perfect time to hop off again and spend a little time taking pictures. You can also walk part way or all the way across the bridge. Find a few tips for walking the Golden Gate Bridge. You will probably spend anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour at this stop.  Stop #8/Haight Ashbury: By the time you hit stop #8, it will be time for lunch. This stop is the Haight Ashbury district and a great place to stop for a little shopping and lunch.  Stop #9/Alamo Square: The next stop that I recommend is at Alamo Square. This is where you can find that picture perfect shot of the famous or Seven Sisters with downtown San Francisco in the background. If you decide to skip stop #8, this is another perfect place to grab some lunch  Stop #13/Chinatown: You must also visit Chinatown during your visit. This is where you can pick up some reasonably priced items such as purses and clothing. You can also find some great gifts here. This stop drops you at the beautiful lion gates on the southern end of this neighborhood.  Stop #17/Pier 39: Your final stop is #17. This will drop you in Fishermans Wharf at Pier 39. If you make all of the stops recommended above, you will probably arrive here around 3:30 or 4pm.  Activity 4/Wax Museum: At this point, the only other ticket you have remaining is to the Wax Museum. It's a great one to leave until the end since they are open until around 9pm most nights.
