Section 9, subsection 2, shall read: "(2) Narcotic drugs for the dispensaries of physicians and veterinary surgeons (sections 28 to 34 of the Act of 18 December 1906, Reichsgesetzblatt No. 5 of 1907) may be obtained only from one of the ten public pharmacies nearest to their place of residence. Codeine, ethylmorphine, dihydrocodeine (paracodine), codeine nicotinic acid ester (nicocodine). acetyldihydrocodeine, morpholinylethylmorphine (t>hoICQ dine) and their salts, and pharma• ceutical preparations containing these drugs, may also be obtained from other public pharmacies." 3. Section 15, subsection 4 shall read: "(4) The provisions of subsections 2 and 3 shall not apply to prescriptions of ethyl• morphine, codeine, dihydrocodeine (paracodine), codeine nicotinic acid ester f ifir*n»od-i»^l( acetyldihydrocodeine, morpholinylethylmorphine (phoICQdine) or their salts." 4. The following shall be added to section 20, subsection 2: "When preparations of pharmaceuticals which, of the narcotic drugs referred to in Section 1 hereof, contain only codeine, ethylmorphine, dihydrocodeine (paracodine), codeine nicotinic acid ester (nicocodine). acetyldihydrocodeine or morpholinylethylmorphine (pholcodine) or their salts, are exported, only two forms of application for an export authorization (forms 1 and 2) heed be submitted. When these preparations are exported, a duplicate of the export authorization need not be attached to the shipment; nor shall the Federal Ministry of Social Administration transmit a duplicate of the export authorization to the authorities of the country of destination." 5. In Section 21 subsection 1 the words "despatching post office" (Aufgabepostamt) shall be replaced by "post office of customs clearance" (Verzollungspostamt). 6. Form 8, sheet 2, reverse side (application for export authorization) shall be amended as follows: The words "despatching post office" shall be replaced in each case by "post office of customs clearance", The term "Department 18" shall be replaced in each case by "Department 25" , and The address "Federal Ministry of Social Administration, Vienna I, Hanuschgasse 3" shall be replaced by the address "Federal Ministry of Social Administration, Vienna I, Stnbenring 1".     Q UO N T FA R U T A F E BERMUDA PHARMACY AND POISONS (THIRD AND FOURTH SCHEDULE AMENDMENT) ORDER 2017 BR 111 / 2017 The Minister responsible for health, in exercise of the power conferred by section 48A(1) of the Pharmacy and Poisons Act 1979, makes the following Order: Citation 1 This Order may be cited as the Pharmacy and Poisons (Third and Fourth Schedule Amendment) Order 2017. Repeals and replaces the Third and Fourth Schedule of the Pharmacy and Poisons Act 1979 2 The Third and Fourth Schedules to the Pharmacy and Poisons Act 1979 are repealed and replaced with— “THIRD SCHEDULE (Sections 25(6); 27(1))) DRUGS OBTAINABLE ONLY ON PRESCRIPTION EXCEPT WHERE SPECIFIED IN THE FOURTH SCHEDULE (PART I AND PART II) Note: The following annotations used in this Schedule have the following meanings: md (maximum dose) i.e. the maximum quantity of the substance contained in the amount of a medicinal product which is recommended to be taken or administered at any one time. 1 PHARMACY AND POISONS (THIRD AND FOURTH SCHEDULE AMENDMENT) ORDER 2017 mdd (maximum daily dose) i.e. the maximum quantity of the substance that is contained in the amount of a medicinal product which is recommended to be taken or administered in any period of 24 hours. mg milligram ms (maximum strength) i.e. either or, if so specified, both of the following: (a) the maximum quantity of the substance by weight or volume that is contained in the dosage unit of a medicinal product; or (b) the maximum percentage of the substance contained in a medicinal product calculated in terms of w/w, w/v, v/w, or v/v, as appropriate.

Criteria for Schedule I. • The commissioner of mental health and substance abuse services, upon the agreement of the commissioner of health, shall place a substance in Schedule I upon finding that the substance has: o (1) High potential for abuse; and o (2) No accepted medical use in treatment in the United States or lacks accepted safety for use in treatment under medical supervision. 39-17-406. Controlled substances in Schedule I. • (a) Schedule I consists of the drugs and other substances, by whatever official name, common or usual name, chemical name, or brand name designated, listed in this section. • (b) Opiates, unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, means any of the following opiates, including their isomers, esters, ethers, salts and salts of isomers, esters, and ethers, whenever the existence of such isomers, esters, ethers, and salts is possible within the specific chemical designation.
