Our Time Here

The main features that first attracted us to the property was the design with the traditional oak frame construction and quality feel to the house. The house is positioned in a corner on the development and is nicely tucked away with a sizeable drive. We also loved the fact the rear garden is south facing and in the summer months it’s a real sun trap. The entire living space is very well proportioned and we love the large entrance hall, lounge and galleried staircase.

Cliffsend is a lovely and quiet place to live but has the benefit of Westwood Cross being just 10 minutes away in the car, so we are spoilt for shops and supermarkets. Since the new bypass was completed a few years back, and the road along the sea front is now very quiet with speed bumps, making this a great destination for walks along to the nature reserve at Richbrough & Ebbsfleet.

The development is very peaceful and all the residents take great pride in their properties. In the summer when all the gardens are in bloom, Chapman Fields is like a little oasis. We will miss that aspect most of all.
