Then, to her amazement, the "coolest girl in the world" moves in across the street and wants to be her friend. Tully Hart (Heigl) seems to have it all---beauty, brains, ambition. On the surface they are as opposite as two people can be: Kate, doomed to be forever uncool, with a loving family who mortifies her at every turn. Tully, steeped in glamour and mystery, but with a secret that is destroying her. They make a pact to be best friends forever; by summer's end they've become TullyandKate. Spanning more than three decades and playing out across the ever-changing face of the Pacific Northwest, Firefly Lane is the poignant, powerful story of two women and the friendship that becomes the bulkhead of their lives. From the beginning, Tully is desperate to prove her worth to the world. by her mother at an early age, she longs to be loved unconditionally. In the glittering, big-hair era of the eighties, she looks to men to fill the void in her soul. But in the buttoned-down nineties, it is television news that captivates her. She will follow her own blind ambition to New York and around the globe, finding fame and success and loneliness. Kate knows early on that her life will be nothing . Throughout college, she pretends to be driven by a need for success, but all she really wants is to fall in love and have children and live an ordinary life. In her own quiet way, Kate is as driven as Tully. What she doesn't know is how being a wife and mother will change her…how she'll lose sight of who she once was, and what she once wanted. And how much she'll envy her famous best friend. For thirty years, Tully and Kate buoy each other through life, weathering the storms of friendship---jealousy, anger, hurt, resentment. They think they've survived it all until a single act of betrayal tears them apart and puts their courage and friendship to the ultimate test. (August 30 - April 20)

Through a backdrop of 90s grunge and rave culture, the series tangles itself in the parallel and discordant memories of two twin sisters Tegan and Sara, growing up down the hall from one another. This is a story about finding your own identity — a journey made even more complicated when you have a twin whose own struggle and self-discovery so closely mimics your own.

His reconciliation with the Vampire Lestat in New Orleans. The new Interview With The Vampire series will follow Daniel Malloy “an award-winning investigative journalist”. Daniel takes this second chance to report one of the most significant stories of his career as a journalist. Daniel travels to the other side of the world to interview the 146-year-old vampire, Louis De Pointe Du Lac. Louis shares the tale of his astounding and sinful journey to immortality once and for all. With a career full of ups and downs he considers himself a wealth of knowledge and experience and now, during the COVID pandemic, Daniel Malloy is also a professor teaching an online class. Daniel has the chance to conduct an interview with a vampire for the second time, Louis de Pointe Du Lac. In the past Daniel’s drug use inhibited his professionalism during the first interview so he knows he needs to conduct it the right way this time. Louis is a 33-year-old Creole brothel owner, who has maintained a veneer of self-assuredness and pride through hubris and belligerence. And while respected by many he was disregarded by his wealthy counterparts for his skin color. “For truth and reconciliation” Louis calls upon Daniel, an investigative journalist, to finally tell his true tale. She got dumped, she makes no art even though she says she’s an artist, and all her friends are bullshit. She’s been doing everything she can to distract herself from her real pain, her mother’s rapid deterioration from Alzheimer's. One night, Louise shows up at her ex’s place, uninvited, and manages to fall and break her hip while trying to scale his outer gate, landing herself in physical therapy with “the greatest generation” (#arguable). There, she meets Antonina, an 86-year-old Polish woman who can’t speak a word of English. Louise unhappily cares for Antonina one day when they’re both stranded at the bus stop, letting the older woman sleep at her place that night. It’s kind of weird, but they also start to enjoy each other’s company, especially when they realize they both have the same rebellious streak inside of them. Louise ends up being Antonina’s caretaker and they even become friends. But Louise can’t help being Louise. She takes Antoinette out dancing one night, gets too drunk and doesn’t notice when Antoinette falls, hurting herself. Louise has to confront her selfishness, the shitty care that she’s been giving Antonina, and her own fractured relationship with her mother, Dorothy. Louise finally returns to NorCal to see Dorothy, who has now lost her ability to speak. It’s awkward. But, ultimately, Louise is able to forge a connection with her mother, one that goes beyond words.

Gates made his reputation and his fortune by co-founding software giant Microsoft with Paul Allen in 1975. He resigned from day-to-day operations of that company in 2006, after being of anti-trust litigation brought by the U.S. government. Along with his wife, Melinda, he subsequently devoted himself to full-time charity work at and Melinda Gates Foundation. Buffett is a private investor who began buying stocks in a small textile firm called Berkshire Hathaway in 1962. The company is now the third largest in the country. He is currently the 4th richest man in the world, but he still lives in Omaha in the same house he purchased in 1956. In 2006 Warren pledged the majority of his wealth to Bill and Melinda’s foundation. Their combined philanthropic work includes vaccines, education in under-served areas of America, infant mortality, combatting global poverty, and women’s rights in the developing world. To date, the foundation has donated more than $300 million to the search for a coronavirus vaccine.

“THE WITCHES OF EASTWICK” Feature Film

STATUS: Development WRITER/DIRECTOR: Ninja Thyberg WARNER BROS. PICTURES 4000 Warner Blvd. Burbank, CA 91522-0001 818-954-6000 [email protected] Toward the end of the Vietnam era, in a snug little Rhode Island seacoast town, wonderful powers have descended upon Alexandra, Jane, and Sukie, bewitching divorcées with sudden access to all that is female, fecund, and mysterious. Alexandra, a sculptor, summons thunderstorms; Jane, a cellist, floats on the air; and Sukie, the local gossip columnist, turns milk into cream. Their happy little coven takes on new, malignant life when a dark and moneyed stranger, Darryl Van Horne, refurbishes the long-derelict Lenox mansion and invites them in to play. Thenceforth scandal flits through the darkening, crooked streets of Eastwick—and through the even darker fantasies of the town’s collective psyche.

The trio’s struggles to balance fatherhood, ambition and loyalty force them to question if they are growing apart … or together. With a knowing nod back to the characters of the 1999 film on which it is based, this romantic comedy showcases the humor and heart of young Black men and women trying to navigate life, love and likes on the ’Gram.

There, men and women live in a society full of regulations they believe are meant to protect them. Sheriff Holston, who has unwaveringly upheld the silo’s rules for years, unexpectedly breaks the greatest taboo of all: He asks to go outside. His fateful decision unleashes a drastic series of events. An unlikely candidate is appointed to replace him: Juliette (Ferguson), a mechanic with no training in law, whose special knack is fixing machines. Now Juliette is about to be entrusted with fixing her silo, and she will soon learn just how badly her world is broken. The silo is about to confront what its history has only hinted about and its inhabitants have never dared to whisper. Uprising. (Summer 2021 - Spring 2022)
