ISSCR 2017 TRANSPORTATION INSTRUCTION

It is our great pleasure to have you attend the ISSCR International Symposium in , . To smooth your traveling experience, we would like to provide below options for you to travel from the Guangzhou BaiYun International Airport or Hong Kong Airport to the Venue and Hotel (DoubleTree By Hilton Guangzhou - Science City).

 Arrive at Guangzhou Airport directly:

 Option 1: By Shuttle Bus

Public airport shuttle bus is provided to help you access the venue, detailed schedule and pick up point as below:

Airport pick-up points as follow: A3 (A Area), B11(B Area) * Please purchase the shuttle bus ticket at least 30 minutes before the departure time. * The counter will close 10 minutes before the bus departs. * If you already purchased the bus ticket come to the lobby at least 15 minutes before the departure. * Shuttle bus ticket fare for one adult is 23RMB/one way, a child whose height is between 1.2m and 1.5m are 12RMB and a child below 1.2m are free of charge. * Should you have any other inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact our Concierge at 020-32238888-1616 (Ext 1616)

 Option 2: By Taxi

Both A and B arrival areas have taxi pick up point (Gate A8 and Gate B6);In Airport area, taxis are regulated uniformly, please take care of your carry-on luggage, obey the order of pick-up point and queue consciously and don’t forget to ask for the invoice from taxi driver;

Please feel free to contact with the transportation help desk via email: [email protected], we can provide private airport pick-up and drop service which can avoid the miscommunication you may have with local taxi driver because of language problems and long-time taken to queue in the taxi lines.

 Option 1: By cross-border coach
