The scope of the Broward Commuter Rail (BCR) PD&E Study is to develop and analyze BEACH PARKLAND W HILLSBORO BLVD SW 2nd St/ alternatives for commuter rail service along the Florida East Coast (FEC) Railway corridor from Aventura Hillsboro Blvd 95 SW 10 TH ST N to Deerfield Beach. The corridor is owned by Grupo Mexico, who operates the rail freight service in the Not to Scale corridor. Brightline operates inter-city rail in this corridor and has a passenger service easement within 811 the FEC corridor right of way.
