Let’s make sure “Only rain goes down the drain!” Jerry and Emmy Jakes are excited to experience the new King Road Library. National Reading Month

Each year at the beginning of March, school children kick off National Reading Month by celebrating the birthday of the beloved Dr. Seuss. Teachers design contests, family literacy events, and even pajama & pillow days to provide cozy mornings of uninterrupted reading. In Sylvania, we are grateful to have 2 excellent public libraries and great resources in our schools. We encourage our kids and students to read every day of the year!
