APPENDIX 1 - COMBINED PRICE FORM

1) The prices per unit shall govern in establishing the Total Extended Amount. Any arithmetical errors in this Appendix will be corrected by Canada.

2) Canada may reject the bid if any of the prices submitted do not reasonably reflect the cost of performing the part of the work to which that price applies.
