Speaker in the Chair) माननीय अय : माननीय सदयगण, मझु े कु छ िवषय पर थगन ताव क सूचनाए ँ ा हई ह । मने थगन ताव क िकसी सूचना के िलए अनमितु दान नह क है । …(यवधान) माननीय अय : अधीर रजनं जी, आप या कहना चाह रहे थे? ी अधीर रजनं चौधरी (बहरामपुर): सर, एक छोटा-सा माु है, इसको थोड़ा सनाु जाए । बात यह है िक हमारी लाख सीमा पर हमारी फौज डटी हई ह ै । वे हर िदन मिकलु का सामना करते हए चीनी फौज का मकाबलाु करते ह और सही ढंग स े जवाब देत े ह । सार े िहदतािनयु को उन पर नाज है िक चीनी दमनु हमारी फौज को देखकर डर े हए ह, यिक हम डटे हए ह । लेिकन, हम म स े िकसी को भी, साप या िवप ारा हमार े दमनु चीन को ऐसा कोई मौका नह देना चािहए, िजसका फायदा उठाते हए, वह हमारी छिव को अंतराीय मंच पर धूिमल कर े । म इस मु े पर राजनाथ िसहं जी का यान आकिषत करना चाहता ह ं । हमार े फामर आम जनरल वी.के .िसहं जी, जो इस सरकार म मंी भी ह । वी.के .िसहं जी ने एक टेटमट िदया है, िजसके बारे म पेपर म भी आया ह ै । वे कह रहे ह िक हमने भी चीनी फौज से यादा अितमण िकया है । यिद, चीन ने दस बार अितमण िकया ह,ै तो हमने पचास बार अितमण िकया ह ै । अगर, िकया ह,ै तो ठीक ह ै । इसको बढ़ा-चढ़ाकर कहने क कोई जरत नह है । लेिकन, चीनी सरकार ने इस मु े को सामने रखा है । हमारी ऑिफिशयल लाइन है िक हम िकसी क सीमा पर अितमण नह करते ह, परवतन नह करते ह । इसिलए, हम वहा ं कहते ह िक हमार े टेट्स-को को वापस िदया जाए । अगर, आज हम इस तरीके का मौका चीनी सरकार को 10.02.2021 656 दगे, चाहे कोई भी द,े तो इसका गलत फायदा उठाते हए चीन हमारी छिव को अंतराीय मंच पर धूिमल कर सकता है । इसिलए, हम चाहते ह िक सरकार इस िवषय पर थोड़ा गौर कर े और इस तरीके क बेबिनयादु बात सामने रखकर हमार े देश को कमजोर न कर े । यही हमारा सवाल ह ै । हम इस ओर आपका यान आकिषत करना चाहते ह और हम यह भी चाहते ह िक हमार े रा मंी जी यहा ं मौजूद ह, वे इस िवषय पर सदन को कु छ सूचना द िक सही या है और गलत या है । हमारी ऑिफिशयल लाइन या ह?ै ये या कर रहे ह? चीन इसका फायदा उठाते हए या कर रहा ह?ै इन सब िवषय पर आप सदन को सूिचत कर । यही हमारी मागं ह ै । SHRI T.
