Session 1 Session 2 Session 3 9am 12pm 3pm Run Group 1 Run Work Rest Run Group 2 Rest Run Work Run Group 3 Work Rest Run

Arrival: Gates open at 6:30am and the drivers meeting begins at 8:30am. Please arrive with enough time to be fully prepared to race by the drivers meeting. When you arrive, you will sign a waiver at the gate (or show your wristband from previous days) and be directed to paddock.

Setup & Tech Inspection: You will be directed to a spot in paddock. Once parked, set up your paddock area and get your car ready for tech inspection. Before checking in at registration, you must first pass tech inspection. Your car will be evaluated for safety. When you pass, you will be handed a card to take the registration table to get checked in. Some example check points are: • no loose items in car • number & class are on vehicle in contrasting color • battery is secure • positive battery terminal is covered • brake pedal is functioning • gas pedal returns • wheel bearings are not loose • seatbelts • helmet meets requirements (drivers must bring their own helmet)

Registration/Check-In: Bring your completed tech inspection sheet along with your drivers license to the registration tent. You will be checked in and given a time card (if you raced with us previously, please bring your RFID card back to use again). All drivers must present a valid drivers license.

Course Walking: Before racing, take time to walk the course. The course is marked with cones that direct you where to go. It's important to take time and get a feel for the course before getting behind the wheel. You will get one slow speed lap in your car before racing (parade lap).

7 Driver meeting (REQUIRED): All drivers must attend the drivers meeting at the scheduled time.

Competition Rules: It is your responsibility to know the rules in advance of the event. Please take some time to review them! They can be found on our website here: https://www.nwrallyassociation.com/rallycross-rules

Friends, Family & Pets: All are welcome! • Pets must be on a leash and you are required to pick up after them (they are not allowed on course with you during your work assignment). • Small children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. • Friends and children 12+ (minimum of 57” tall) may ride along in a car with you or other willing competitors (front seat only) as long as they have a helmet with a SA/M rating of 2005 or newer.

Packing List: It is looking like the weekend will be a warm and sunny one so this packing list is drafted with that in mind. Please keep an eye on the forecast – it can change quickly in these parts.

Clothing • Layers! Even though the high temperature may be 75-80 degrees, the mornings will still be very chilly. Wear/bring layers so that you are warm in the morning and cool in the afternoon. • Rain shell – It’s the northwest so there is ALWAYS a chance of rain. • Hat – sun/rain protection • Comfortable shoes for driving and your work assignment

Personal Gear • Tent/EZ-UP • Chair • Cooler with drinks/food. We will have J&J BBQ onsite again serving up lunch (for purchase). • Sunscreen, chapstick, etc. • Hand wipes/sanitizer
