The roots of the International Symposia on Separation Sciences matographic Society (Modest Gertsiuk) and at the 14th ISSS in (ISSS) can be found in the Croatian gas chromatographic meet- Primošten Croatia (2008) by the Romanian ings held since 1967 in Zagreb and then at the Plitvice Lakes (Virginia Coman). In October 2006, Szabolcs Nyiredy passed until 1988 while all separation techniques have been included in away, and the next year at 13th ISSS he was replaced by Imre their topics.
