INFORMATION

BOOKING A PROGRAM Choose a preferred topic from the list below and your preferred date. We highly recommend choosing at least two possible program dates.

Program bookings should be made at least two weeks in advance of your desired program date.

To schedule a program, please submit a Speaker’s Bureau Registration form. Please note, this is only a request for a reservation. A staff member will contact you directly by phone to confirm your program date, time and details. PROGRAM FEES $100 per program hour: Not-for-profit group $150 per program hour: Corporate group

Payment is requested at least two weeks prior to program date to hold your reservation, and all but $10 is refundable. Checks made to the History Center; cash, credit cards and purchase orders are also accepted. Cancellations are requested no later than two days before the scheduled program date.

PROGRAM DETAILS • A minimum group of ten people is required to schedule a Speakers Bureau. • All presentations are one hour unless otherwise stated. Shorter versions are available on request. • Talks are typically accompanied by a power-point presentation. • A speaker’s podium, microphone and a blank wall or screen to project images may be required. Our speakers will bring their own laptop, projector, or flash drive. • Speakers arrive approximately 20 minutes before the program start to set up and test equipment.
