2 LOGIN TO THE OOS

Log in to the Packsize Online Ordering System (OOS) 1. You will receive an email for Packsize with your login name and password. 2. Go to www.packsize.com and click on the green login link at the top right corner of the screen. 3. The website requires you to reset your password upon logging in for the first time. a. The password must be alpha-numeric.

Place a z-Fold® Order 1. Go to the Order Management tab and select Place Order. 2. Click on the Select Product button. 3. Select the line items that you would like to order. a. If Packsize will be handling your delivery please select the freight line item as well. 4. Next click on the “Add To Order” button. 5. Enter your PO number in the field provided. 6. The Date field on the Place Order page will auto populate to the soonest date that Packsize can process the order. If you would prefer a date further out you can select a different date that you would like your order to be ready or delivered on depending on your method of freight. 7. Next you will select the number of bales you would like to order per line item. a. As you enter the number of bales, the Truck Cubing Diagram will let you know how much of the truck is still available. b. Packsize requires that you order full truckload quantities. The OOS will not let you place your order without filling the truck as much as is reasonably possible. c. The truck will almost never be at a perfect 0% available so it is alright if you are under a little or over a little. This may be confusing your first time. Feel free to reach out to you Customer Service Representative to assist you with any questions. d. Please note that there is only one truckload per order. 8. Click the Place Order Button. 9. Next you will confirm the order if everything looks correct. 10. If the order is entered accurately into the OOS you should receive an OOS number next. 11. You are done. a. Packsize will be contacting you within 24 hours via email with a confirmation of your order. b. 4 PLACE A CONSUMABLES ORDER

Place a Consumables Order 1. Go to the Order Management tab and select Place Consumable Order. 2. Enter PO number and due date. 3. Check to make sure the ship to address is correct. 4. Select all the line items that you wish to order by checking the box to the left of the line item. 5. Enter the quantities that you intend to order. 6. Click on the Place Order button at the bottom of the page. 7. Next you will confirm the order if everything looks correct. 8. If the order is entered accurately into the OOS you should receive an OOS number next. 9. You are done. a. Packsize will be contacting you within 24 hours via email with a confirmation of your order. b. Bottom Flap Folder The BestPack™ RS Series random operator-fed, bottom carton sealer is designed to reduce the time required to fold and seal the bottom flaps of a carton. This unit can be used when carton forming volume has become too large to hand form and hand tape the cartons, but the volume is too small to justify a fully automatic carton erector/sealer. All systems incorporate pop-out pressure sensitive “High Speed” tape heads with patented tab adjustment. These units are also available in Stainless Steel.

Top and Bottom Case Sealer (Water-activated Tape) Interpack’s RSA Series Case Sealers are operator-fed machines that automatically adjust for random-sized cases. This premium drive style captures the case between four moving belts located above and below the case. This provides maximum stability since it applies force to the strongest areas of the case which is in the direction of the fluting of the corrugated. Every Interpack™ case sealer comes with an HSD 2000-ET II tape head with adaptive technology to provide optimal tape application and wipe down to each of the three taped panels of the case.

Better Pack 333 Plus Water-activated Tape Dispenser The Better Pack 333 Plus is a manual water-activated tape dispenser that is rugged, reliable, and simple to use. This dispenser is perfect for light- to medium-volume packaging areas and accommodates both reinforced or non-reinforced water-activated tape. It is available as a nonelectrical unit and also with an optional top heater accessory (electricity required), when increased tape adhesion is needed.

SS10 Hot Melt Adhesive Unit The SS10 Hot Melt adhesive unit is designed with a constant speed direct drive motor/pump combination, and an adjustable output control. This extremely reliable melt unit holds 10 lbs. of adhesive. Cubiscan 75 The CubiScan 75 is capable of measuring an object in a matter of seconds with a measurement capacity of up to 40” long, 28” wide, and 24” high. It has an impressive resolution of 0.2 inches, plus an integrated 10” color display, showing the measurement results for the user.
