I confirm that the revised drawings attached in your email below satisfactorily address our concerns regarding revised tree species around the soakaways, and that the revised AIA from A T Coombes dated 8th Sep 2020 incorporating installation methods for boundary fencing close to trees is also acceptable.

As you may be aware, the above drawings have been amended to address concerns raised by the Lead Local Flood Authority in relation to proximity of landscaping to the soakaway crate underneath the car park I should be very grateful to receive your further comments within 14 days of the date of this email
