Withdrawal of Student/Change of Status One term’s notice must be given to the Admissions Registrar in writing, prior to the removal of a student from the School or transfer from boarding to day student, otherwise a term’s fee will be charged. Students wishing to change their status as an overseas student during the school term are required to pay the overseas fee for the remainder of that term.

Medical Expenses Medical expenses are covered under the Overseas Students’ Health Cover (OSHC). However, a gap payment will be charged to school fee accounts. Ancillary health services such as dental and physiotherapy are not covered under OSHC. OSHC is arranged through AHM by the School from the commencement of your son’s enrolment at TSS. Please note this cover is mandatory and your son would be in breach of his Visa requirements if he was not covered. Optional extras may also be added to this cover (not covered in school fees). Not Included School fees do not include personal expenditure such as travel, project material costs and functions.

Sibling Discount The School Council has approved a discount of 15% on tuition fees for the third and subsequent student from one family attending the School simultaneously. Additionally, should you have three or more children enrolled at St Hilda’s School and TSS, please contact the Fees Coordinator in relation to sibling discount. Homestay Students who are offered a conditional offer of enrolment and are attending Imagine Education for their High School Preparation course may apply to board at The Southport School. Imagine Education also provides Homestay arrangements for TSS students during school holidays if the boy is not returning to their parents during the break. Student Accident Insurance The School pays an insurance premium for an Accident Protection Plan managed by Willis Ltd. This cover is available 24 hours 365 days per year, but is limited to School activities and/or official organised sporting activities of the School. The benefits under the policy are limited and are listed in the annual brochure provided to all parents at the commencement of the year. As the benefits under the Accident Protection Plan are limited, the School strongly recommends you take out additional accident and health cover for students at the School.
