(If you or your child is performing in the joint Senior Strings/Choirs items then please arrive at 5.50pm for a short run through at 6pm). Please enter the Town Hall via the Corporation Street entrance if the Ramsden Street entrance is closed at this time. The auditorium will open at 6.30pm and the concert will start at 7pm.

Performers should wear usual music centre concert dress. Please clearly label your instrument and coat. If at all possible do not bring bags/rucksacks backstage due to a shortage of space and the possibility that they may be misplaced.

Please note that it will not be possible to take your child home during the interval as they will be backstage and we have approximately 500 pupils participating during the evening whose safety we must ensure. The estimated finish time of the concert is 9.30pm.

At the end of the concert, performers will be escorted by members of KMS staff to the Piazza shops (next to the Ramsden Street entrance) for you to collect. If your child is performing with more than one music centre please discuss with them where they will meet you. This arrangement is due to the large numbers of performers involved.
