Rockstar Games Announces Partnership with Co., Ltd. for the Release of 3 in Japan

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 16, 2003--Rockstar Games, the world-renowned publishing division of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (Nasdaq:TTWO) is pleased to announce a partnership agreement with Capcom Co., Ltd. to localize, publish and distribute the blockbuster title Grand Theft Auto 3 for the PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system and PC in Japan. Grand Theft Auto 3 is scheduled for release in the Japanese market in Fall 2003.
