Day 1. Saturday, 14 April 2018 - Buenos Aires

Arrival in Buenos Aires and private transfer from the Airport to your 5* accommodations. The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore the city’s delightful uniqueness before your evening private pick up from your hotel for a night of Tango like no other at Rojo Tango! During this embracing and sophisticated show you will be introduced to the harmonic melodies, rhythm and feelings associated with the tango. A special dinner and drinks are included this evening.

Day 2. Sunday, 15 April 2018 – Buenos Aires

*Breakfast plus Dinner and car service to Piergari Restaurant included / Lunch at your own expense

Enjoy an innovative and educational day in Buenos Aires visiting a trilogy of the city’s most unique Museums. A glimpse into the country’s turbulent past takes you to the fascinating Evita Museum to follow the life of ’s political myth, Evita Peron. After this you’ll visit one of Buenos Aires’ most imposing private mansions houses the Decorative Arts Museum. Revolving around modern and avant- garde movements leads you to the Costantini collection at the MALBA, one of the world’s most significant ensembles of 20th Century Latin American Art.

Included are private transfers to and from your hotel, an English speaking guide and all entrance fees.

Tonight, a round trip car service is included from Hotel Madero to the historic Recoleta neighbourhood for dinner at Piegari (set menu). Beverages not included.

Day 3. Monday, 16 April 2018 – Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires is where it all happens and we want you to immerse yourself in its beauty, history and sheer radiance of the city. Enjoy a private guided, half day tour of Buenos Aires, including its ancient passages. The recently discovered ancient tunnels of Buenos Aires are one of the city’s best kept secrets. Start at the Plaze de Mayo, the birthplace of Buenos Aires’ urban development. Next is trendy San Telmo, a former enclave for local aristocracy. Here you’ll get to visit one of the recently unearthed ancient subterranean tunnels, a part of a huge labyrinth below the streets of San Telmo, made up of a long corridor with vaulted ceilings.

Other areas included in your tour are , which was strongly shaped by the working class Italian immigrants, with its makeshift houses made from scrap materials found in local shipyards, Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires’ most sophisticated neighbourhood and La Recoleta where a short stop is made at the gorgeous Plaza San Martin, the Basilica de Nuesra Senora del Pilar, and the celebrated Recoleta Cemetery with its ornate graves and mausoleums. Some of the most important characters of Argentina’s political and cultural life are buried here – including Eva Peron.

Enjoy a fun and entertaining cooking class at La Cabana Restaurant. Learn the art of cooking with charcoal and firewood, using different grills in the Argentine style. After the cooking class, share a delicious three course meal. Beverages not included.

Day 4. Tuesday, 17 April 2018 – Buenos Aires – Iguazu Falls

*Breakfast included / Lunch and Dinner at your own expense

Your driver will collect you from the hotel for your private transfer to the domestic airport for your 2 hour flight to Iguazu Falls. (Please note that the cost of this flight is not included in your Magnificent Buenos Aires and Iguazu Falls package price. Flight rates and availability are subject to change until booked and paid).

Enjoy a private transfer between the airport and Iguazu in the company of an English-speaking guide as well as a private tour. This tour offers an exciting adventure within Iguazu National Park and in Lower Iguazu River. Firstly, you’ll sail on the semi-rigid boats used to reach the bottom of San Martin, Bosetty, Tres Mosqueteros and Canon de Garganta del Diablo Falls, and down the river rapids to Puerto Marcuco. You then’ll take a five mile ride – with a specialized guide - along the rainforest to observe the local fauna and flora.

Tonight, enjoy dinner together at La Garganta del Diablo at The Sheraton Iguazu. The restaurant offers stunning views of this magnificent spectacle.

Day 5. Wednesday, 18 April 2018 – Iguazu Falls

Experience the Argentine side of the Iguazu Falls from Misiones, the area which borders Brazil. After being collected by your guide and private vehicle, you will be transferred to Iguazu Park to take a train to the various walkways. Marvel at the Iguazu Falls as you make your way along the path system. Stop by “Devil’s Throat” and get up close the magnificence of the Falls.

This evening we’ll make our way into town to eat at one of the many excellent restaurants. Round trip car service is included from the Sheraton Iguazu Falls to Puerto Iguazu for dinner. Set menu – beverages not included.

Day 6. Thursday, 19 April 2018 – Iguazu – Buenos Aires

*Breakfast and Dinner included / Lunch at your own expense Private transfer between the Iguazu Falls and the domestic airport for your 2 hour flight back to Buenos Aires. Note – flights are subject to change based on availability and are a separate purchase. On arrival in Buenos Aires you will be transferred to your hotel by private vehicle.

Tonight, round trip car service is included from Hotel Madero to La Cava, an exclusive wine club located at the El Querandi Restaurant, established in 1867. From here you’ll transfer to La Cava Wine Cellar, housed in a carefully restored historical mansion. The wine list features exclusive labels, traditional products from small vineyards, signature wines etc. A selection of three top Malbec wines from three different regions have been selected for your tasting enjoyment. Dinner included (set menu).

Day 7. Friday, 20 April 2018 – Buenos Aires

Your driver will collect you from the hotel to enjoy a full day private tour of Estancial “La Bamba de Areco”. When the hectic life of Buenos Aires becomes unbearable and people long for a restful day in the countryside, La Bamba de Areco is the destination of choice. Enjoy cocktails and appetizers upon arrival, tuck into a delicious Argentinean Lunch … and relax. Following lunch, you are invited to spend time at the pool, stroll in the park, go horseback riding, cycle, or simply do nothing but sip on a cocktail. As the day draws to a close, enjoy an English style high tea before returning to Buenos Aires.

After a late breakfast you are free to enjoy the rest of the day at leisure before departing for your late night homeward bound flight. Rent a bike, visit the Rose Garden, wander the streets. You have a late check out so make the most of your time in this incredible city!

*A deposit of $500 per person is due immediately on booking.

*Payments towards your reservation may be made at your discretion.

*Full payment is due 100 days prior to departure on 13 April 2018.

*Cancellation of confirmed bookings 100 days prior to departure will receive a full refund minus a $500 per person administration fee and any non-refundable fees (airfare, hotel deposits etc).

*60-89 days will be subject to a loss of 30 % of the program price plus administration fee.

*30 – 59 days will be subject to loss of 50% of the program price plus administration fee.

*29 days or less will be subject to loss of 100% of program price plus administration fee.

*This customized itinerary does not include international and domestic air.

*Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
