Tur Sena'a Dispensary ,October public H,Halimeen Tuban,Halimayn,Yaffa,Radfan,Al The focal points were contacted, information shared, the cases of suspected Dengue fever were DF Lahj rural H,Tebah Dispensary,Radfan Public H,Almilah diagnosed clinicaly according to case definition, cases added to the line list ; treated symptomaticaly and 102 0 Milah,Al Hawtah,Tur Al Bahah Hospital,Tour Albaha Hospital left the health facility.

Alsharif Health Center,Almaflehi rural Hospital,Alhaid Eidews coordinator visited the health facility, the cases of suspected whooping cough were diagenosed Pert Lahj Tuban,Yaffa,Al Maflahy,Al Had clinicaly according to case definition. 12 0 rural H The cases added to the line list, treated symptomaticaly and left the health facility.

Contact with the focal points , the cases of suspected cholera were diagenosed clinicaly according to case definition. Radfan,Al Had,Yaffa,Al Maqatirah,Al Tour Albaha Hospital,Halimeen rural H,Ibn Khaldoon 37 cases were positive by RDT and other cases were Chol Lahj Qabbaytah Al Hawtah,Yahr,Al negative. 62 0 Hospital,Other Musaymir,Tur Al Bahah the cases reported immediatly to the operation roon, recorded in the line list. the cases treated by iv fluid, ors and antibiotic. Cases finaly improved and discharged.

Contact with the surveillance coordinator, the cases of suspected Diphtheria were diagenosed clinicaly according to case definition. Diph Lahj Al Had,Yaffa Alhaid rural H,Dar Alhikma Dispensary,October public H Cases reported immediatly to the operation room, recorded in the line list. 5 0 Cases isolated and treated by penicillin. un vaccinated

Contact with the focal points, the cases of suspected measles,the cases were diagenosed clinicaly Meas Lahj Al Had,Al Milah,Al Hawtah Almilah Hospital,Ibn Khaldoon Hospital according to case definition. 6 0 The cases added to the line list; treated symptomaticaly and left the health facility.

RRT in districts visited FP, the cases diagnosed clinically, RDT'S were positive in 10cases, and stool cultur didn't done at all, treatment were given, investigation forms were done , the cases and their Chol Abyan Rosod,khanfir,Lawder,Al Mahfd Rassad H,Alrazi .H,Mahnf-Lwdr H 21 0 families received complete advices about the ways of prevention and management of cholera infection. the cases included in Cholera line list.

eIDEWS team visited the focal points,The suspected cases diagnosed clinically according to the standard case definition,the cases were vaccination, All of them admitted in the hospital and take Pert Abyan Mudiyah Sourat Al Mashaikh Health Unit 4 0 antibiotics & regular interest till complete recovery . investigation form done , RRT in districts investigated the region for quick research on other new cases.

Rapid response team contacted also focal points by eIDEWS coordinator,cases diagnosed clinically according to case definition.Stool samples(C/S & serotyping) collected from cases & sent to lab (Central Chol Taiz At Taiziyah 22 May HC labs)for confirmation,Supplements & antibiotics treatment were given(case management)rapid test :122 1748 1 caseswere positive&the results of stool C/s still pending. There were collection & cluster of cases in the same Place,one case was dead

Focal points and the coordinator of the directorate were contacted ,, the suspected DF cases had a Al-Riyad Hospital,Alhikma Hospital,Althwrh H,Aljoumhri history of high fever , retro- bulbar pain ,myalgia and arthralgia, cases were diagnosed clinically.and by DF Taiz Khadir,Salh,Al Mudhaffar,Al Qahirah 214 0 H,Alrwdh H,Labs National Center,Other blatelets counting, ,rapid test of dengue virus were done for some of cases ,,which were positive,, Medications have been given,there are cluster of cases in some areas, All data in the line list..

We was communicating with the coordinator of edews in the facility we found these cases of suspicion Pert Taiz At Taiziyah MSF Hospital of pertussis,the cases were from different areas. .. Action :these cases were treated at home . Advices 5 0 have been given to their parents to follow up and review..

At Taiziyah,Sharab Ar Rawnah,Al eIDEWS coordinator contacted focal points and the coordinator of the directorate ,information's Meas Taiz MSF Hospital,Almsrakh Hospital,22 May H shared.Blood samples were collected from the cases and sent for lab confirmation ,3 cases were 6 0 Qahirah,Al Misrakh vaccination and 3 cases other were vaccination unknown, All data in the line lis..

Immediate report were sent by the EDEWS focal person, the cases were diagnosed clinically by case Pert Hadramout Qhail Ben Yameen Alaleeb HC 1 0 definition, the cases were un vaccinated, antibiotic treatment were given

the district RRT investigated the living area, the cases were diagnosed clinically, skin rash started , the Meas Hadramout Ad Dis,Adh Dhlia'ah,Al Mukalla City Ad Dis Al-Shrgyah Hospital,University Hospital 3 0 cases were un vaccinated ,blood samples were collected, symptomatic treatment were given.

Alsadara HC,Maternity and Childhood H - Mukalla,Hajar Immediate report were sent by the EDEWS focal person, RDT were positive for 39 cases, the case Chol Hadramout Adh Dhlia'ah,Hajr,Broom,Al Mukalla City 90 0 aljoul rural H,Other reffered to the hospital because creatinin level were high. iv fluid and ORS were given before reffered.
