Description PPG is offering a mechanical engineering internship that provides part-time employment during the academic year. During this work period, interns can look forward to assuming real responsibilities in real jobs. We regard interns as professionals rather than students and give them challenging assignments to provide exposure to various career opportunities within their disciplines. Interns will learn to plan, organize and direct project work by enlisting sound technical and business practices. The intern’s role will be to support the business by providing PPG Aerospace with concepts, designs, analysis, and development of mechanical or structural products, including parts and components as required. Interns will gain knowledge of the manufacturing processes, industry, business (understand market and customer perspective), products (composites), and tool function.

Candidates should have demonstrated leadership skills and be highly self-motivated individuals. Students must have a GPA of at least 2.8 and be authorized to work permanently in the .
