VINTAGE CONDITIONS A mild spring and a warmer summer has allowed the fruit to develop this season, producing premium fruit for this vintage. Harvested in early February, when the baume was 12.5, fermented in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES The bouquet of the Nericon Chardonnay is elegant and inviting. The palate is delicious and generous with flavours of nashi pear, white peach and French oak. A delightful clean acid finish. Serve with cheese, risotto and BBQ kebabs.

THE STORY BEHIND NERICON RESERVE
Michele and Domenico Scarfone settled in Nericon in 1956, planting the first vines on the property the following year. Three generations later, the Dee Vine Estate Nericon Reserve is an estate grown range ofwines crafted from the original parcel of land at Nericon in the Riverina. This premium release is the embodiment of the Scarfone brothers vision; to produce traditional Italian table wine for the Australiandrinker, as well as their passion and dedication in producing remarkably distinctive wines. Six varieties from the original estate have ushered the vision of Michele and Domenico into a new decadeincluding a crisp Sauvignon Blanc, an aromatic Pinot Grigio, a velvety smooth Pinot Noir, a full bodied Shiraz, a deeply layered Durif and a fruitful dry Rosé
