The Baldwin Park Doll Enthusiasts had a "PeeWee Doll Convention" of one day on the 25th, and the SD Doll Club chartered a bus for this affair, stopping off at Hobby City in Anaheim, and Laguna Beach. Idyllwild is beautiful this time of year, with many people enjoying tl)e sun and fun. Allie visited the Al Veasie's who have p urchased the old Idyllwild Inn, which has been vacant for seven years. Mrs. Veasie's Doll Museum is already open to the public, as well as other sb ops and the beautiful lobby of the Inn is available for parties. The new name is "Idyll wild Shop-Inn", with 7 nice shops displaying and selling art, jewelry and other hanacrafts.

Enic Bowles, Tavern Road, is back from Springfield, Mo. with Pastor Torn Hix of the Calvary Baptist Church of National City. They drove, stopped in Texas, visited friends, then attended graduation ceremonies at the Bible Bap­ tist College there.
