Southern Heat CAESAR

A twist on our classic top selling Caesar, we wanted to create a that would pair well with our signature ribs. Kicking it up a notch with Bulleit® Bourbon, hickory smoke flavour, the heat of horseradish and some sweetness from our BBQ sauce, the Southern Heat Caesar is a must try for the Fall. Pair it with a 1/2 rack or full rack of ribs to get the most out of all the flavours.

Ingredients (1 serving): • Bar Wheel 1 slice • Worcestershire Sauce 0.2 fl. oz. • Tobacco Sauce 0.2 fl. oz. • Stubbs Hickory Smoke 0.02 oz. • BBQ Chick n Rib Sauce 0.5 fl. oz. • Celery Salt 0.02 oz. • Pepperette Napoli Fresh 1 piece • Horseradish Sauce 0.25 fl. oz. • Bulleit® Bourbon 1.5 fl. oz. • Juice 4 fl. oz.

Recipe Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin and fill with ice. 2. Rim a 14 oz. glass with celery salt. 3. Roll gently three to four times from shaking tin to shaking tin. Dump into a 14 oz. glass. 4. Garnish with 1 pepperette and lime wheel on side of glass. Blackberry Bourbon LEMONADE

On our wish list was a delicious Fall cocktail that would keep us dreaming of sitting on the dock! Our guests have really responded to Bulleit® Bourbon, and bourbon in general are a big trend for this Fall. So we’ve paired Bulleit® with fresh blackberries and lemonade to create a refreshing, relaxing, cottage-inspired twist on a classic lemonade.

Ingredients (1 serving): • Bulleit® Bourbon 1.5 fl. oz. • Agave Syrup 0.5 fl. oz. • Fresh Lemonade Juice 3 fl. oz. • Blackberry 5 ea. • Soda Water 1 fl. oz.

Recipe Instructions: 1. Add all ingredients into a with ice (hold back 2 blackberries for garnish). 2. Shake and pour into a mason jar. 3. Top with ice and 2 blackberries on a cocktail skewer. Negroni FRESCA

A spin on the classic Negroni, this cocktail is easy drinking made with Tanqueray® Rangpur , Pinot Grigio, Aperol and grapefruit juice, shaken and poured over a large oval ice cube with a splash of grapefruit bitters. It’s a cocktail is perfect for sipping.

Ingredients (1 serving): • Sernissima Veneto Pinot Grigio 1 fl. oz. • Aperol 0.5 fl. oz. • Grapefruit Bitters 0.02 fl. oz. • Tanqueray® Rangpur Gin 1 fl. oz. • White Grapefruit Juice 1 fl. oz. • Agave Syrup 0.5 fl. oz. • Oranges 0.5 slice

Recipe Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin and fill with ice. 2. Shake and strain over large ice ball in 9 oz. rocks glass. 3. Garnish with orange peel slice in glass. Seasonal MOJITO

Mojitos are one of our top sellers at Turtle Jack’s – our guests love them! Anyone can make a classic Mojito, but we like to bring unique seasonal flavours to our beverage menu, and cherry is perfect for Fall! Made with Captain Morgan® Rum and a hint of Cassis, the seasonal Mojito is a must try item.

Ingredients (1 serving): • Cassis 0.5 fl. oz. • Fresh Lime Juice 1 fl. oz. • Soda Water 1 fl. oz. • Captain Morgan® White Rum 1 fl. oz. • Agave Syrup 0.75 fl. oz. • Mint Herb Oz 0.2 oz.

Recipe Instructions: 1. Combine rum, cassis, agave syrup, lime juice and mint into a shaking tin and fill with ice. 2. Shake and pour into a 12.5 tested rock glass. 3. Top with ice if needed and soda water. 4. Garnish with a mint sprig beside straw in glass. Winter LIME PIE

Created with the new lactose-free Baileys® Almande, this cocktail is great for dessert and tastes like key lime pie in a glass! Smirnoff® Vanilla and Baileys® Almande are shaken with fresh lime juice and topped with a graham cracker rim. It’s the perfect way to end your meal and a great treat to enjoy with friends.
