ADOPTION OF AGENDA Staff requested the following amendments to the agenda: • Agenda items 15.10 and 15.11, change the dates from 2009­10 to 2008­11 • Replace Exhibits A, O, and OO • Add Exhibits G and H • Add drawings to Confidential Exhibit 4.7 Mr. O’Neal requested item 15.1, District­Wide Facilities Report, be pulled from the agenda and brought back at a special board meeting in January. On the motion of Mr. O’Neal, duly seconded and unanimously carried, the Board of Trustees adopted the agenda as amended. 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS, CLOSED SESSION ITEMS There were no requests to speak. 4.
