The Statutory SEND Team is looking for 3 x Assessment and Review Officers to ensure that CYP who have SEND in Somerset have their needs met in a holistic way within their local communities and live the lives that they want to lead. About the job The Statutory SEND Team oversee a range of support to meet the needs of CYP in education aged 0-25 years. The team aims to improve outcomes and make a positive difference to the lives of children, young people and young adults with SEND, as well as their families.
