NEGATIVE HISTORY NV5 has been established for many decades. The industry in which we provide professional services yields claims that arise from time to time. Claims that arise consist predominantly of general allegations related to professional errors or omissions for work performed under a contract or project. The NV5 communications team is working with the project team to identify and communicate about community impacts, regularly provide information to impacted stakeholders and businesses, develop trust and credibility, manage stakeholder expectations and avoid misunderstandings. NV5 developed and mailed construction notifications, distributed door hangers and worked with Corona’s public information staff to distribute electronic newsletters and update the projects’ webpages. Ongoing as-needed communications services that includes strategic planning, public outreach and engagement, public information materials development, special events, media relations, website content, sewer pilot program, library modernization project, economic development programs, construction outreach, and currently managing public outreach for the City’s City of Carlsbad 2012 - Ongoing Sustainable Mobility Plan. NV5 team members have provided community outreach assistance to the San Diego County Water Authority through multiple capacities since 1997, and via NV5 since 2016.
