COCOA BEACH (CHI) was reserved along the rail for six furlongs, awaited room briefly while saving ground on the turn then finished well along the inside to gain the place. MUSIC NOTE moved out early, raced well back while five wide for seven furlongs, advanced inside the winner at the quarter pole and closed mildly to gain a share. CARRIAGE TRAIL tucked in along the rail, raced in good position to the turn, altered course to the outside in upper stretch and drifted out considerably in the final eighth. HYSTERICALADY stalked three wide for much of the way, lodged a three wide bid to challenge at the quarter pole and flattened out. GINGER PUNCH failed to mount a serious rally. SANTA TERESITA pressed the pace in the two path, lodged a brief bid at the quarter pole and tired in the drive. BEAR NOW sprinted clear, set the pace in hand for seven furlongs and gave way.
