In the middle of Gâtine tourangelle, a discreet and green region located in the west north of Tours, an amazing small village, Savigné sur Lathan, shelters the rests of a fortified surrounding wall of the XVIth century encircled with ditches which irrigates the river called the Lathan. This is a “not to miss” promenade to discover the small bridges which cross those ditches, the 5 towers and a part of the battlements.
At the place of the XVth Church St Pierre, you will find the guest house CLOSERIE LA FONTAINE of which high walls hide a quiet and welcoming garden on edge of the Lathan.
In this peaceful environment, 3 suites and 2 bedrooms, pleasant and cosy, are waiting for you.
THE GUEST HOUSE
Completely independent, equipped with bathrooms and private toilets, with shower or bathtub, none is alike.
Free WIFI in all the rooms.
For the comfort of each one, the whole house is no smoking and our friends the animals are not accepted.
At your disposal, we propose a bed folding for baby as well as a high chair.
Except particular suitabilities, we welcome you from 17.30 till 20.00 and the rooms must be free by 11.00.

VOUVRAY is a small vineyard of France of 2000 hectares to the doors of Tours, located at 200km in the south-west of Paris and which overhangs the Loire. It is nested in the middle of the Loire Valley (World heritage of UNESCO), on the famous tourist Loire Valley, built starting from a rock named micaceous chalk, extracted from our cellars for some.
Michel & Damien GAEC PINON exploit since 3 generations a family field of 25ha located on Vernou sur Brenne. They produce only VOUVRAY, effervescent or quiet. Their wines result exclusively from one type of wine, White Chenin or Pineau of the Loire.
