As we begin the 2020 season, we wanted to provide you with materials to help you have a great Season Ticket Holder experi- ence this year. This guide includes detailed information on the Season Ticket Holder benefits program, which will reward you more for your tenure as a Season Ticket Holder. Your loyalty to the team is incredibly important to us, and we want you to be rewarded for your commitment. Tim Salcer Vice President, Sales and Service 3 2020CLEVELAND INDIANS / SEASON TICKET HOLDER GUIDE / MOBILE TICKETS - THE BALLPARK APP MANAGE YOUR TICKETS Using the Ballpark app, you are able to browse your ticket inventory, present digital tickets for admission to the ballpark, forward tickets to a friend and recall tickets. To access and manage your tickets, just tap the “Wallet” tab at the bottom of your screen. EXPLORE THE PARK The Ballpark app also lets you: • Check in to games and unlock access to special offers and promotions • Browse interactive concourse maps, directories and concession menus CONTACT FAN SERVICES Need to report an issue or disturbance at the game? Contact a Fan Services team member through the app by clicking “Ask Fan Services” under the Ballpark tab on your phone. You’ll be immediately placed in contact with an Indians team member. BALLPARK APP EXPECTATIONS The Ballpark App is your one-stop shop for all thing MLB! Season Ticket Holder presales, however, cannot be accessed through the Ballpark app. For all presales, please visit the ‘Special Offers” tab in your My Indians Tickets account at www.indians.com/MyTickets. 4 2020CLEVELAND INDIANS / SEASON TICKET HOLDER GUIDE / MOBILE TICKETS - MY TICKETS WEBSITE You are also able to enter the ballpark using your smart phone and going to www.indians.com/mytickets Step 1. Log in to your My Indians Tickets account. Step 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on either view tickets or view ticket inventory Step 3. Select the game you are attending Step 4. Select the seats and pull up the barcode 5 2020CLEVELAND INDIANS / SEASON TICKET HOLDER GUIDE / TICKET MANAGEMENT Access your 2020 Season Tickets by logging into your My Indians Tickets account at www.Indians. com/MyTickets. If you don’t remember your password, click the “Reset Password” button to have a new password emailed to you. You will need your linked MLB.com email address in order to reset your password. LINKING YOUR MY INDIANS TICKETS ACCOUNT TO YOUR MLB.COM ACCOUNT After linking your accounts, you can use your MLB.com credentials to log in to My Indians Tickets, Tribe Rewards and the Ballpark app. You can also manage your tickets directly from within the Ballpark app. Step 1. Log in to your My Indians Tickets account. Step 2. Click the “My Account” button, then click the “Link MLB Accounts” tab in the right corner of the page. Step 3A. If you do not have an MLB.com account, create one by entering your email address, password and a nickname. Then click “Create New MLB.com Account.” Step 3B. If you already have an MLB.com account, enter your email address and password, and click “Link MLB.com Account.” Step 4. After your account has been linked, you’ll see a confirmation screen that summarizes your linked account information. The email address and password you have just linked will be your login for My Tickets, Tribe Rewards, MLB.com and the Ballpark app. PRINTING, FORWARDING, RECALLING AND EXCHANGING TICKETS Printing Tickets Step 1. Log in to your My Indians Tickets account at www.Indians.com/MyTickets. Step 2. Select the “My Ticket Inventory” button. Step 3. Find the dropdown menu “Ticket Action: Select an Action” in the middle of the page. Step 4. Select “Print Tickets” from the dropdown menu. Step 5. Select the event(s) and seat(s) you would like to print. Step 6. Continue through the confirmation screens and select the “Print Tickets” button. Step 7. A new window will pop up with the printable ticket, followed by another window to select the printer. 6 2020CLEVELAND INDIANS / SEASON TICKET HOLDER GUIDE / FORWARDING TICKETS Step 1. Log into your My Indians Tickets account at www.Indians.com/MyTickets. Step 2. Select the “My Ticket Inventory” button. Step 3. Find the dropdown menu “Ticket Action: Select an Action” in the middle of the page. Step 4. Select “Forward Tickets” from the Ticket Action dropdown menu. Step 5. Select the event(s) and seat(s) you would like to forward. Step 6. Click a friend’s name from the friends list or add a new friend. Step 7. Click “Continue” and add an optional message, then select “Forward Tickets.” Step 8. A confirmation email will appear stating successful delivery of the tickets. RECALLING TICKETS Step 1. While logged into My Indians Tickets, click the “My History” tab. Step 2. Choose “Forwards” and click the Forward ID that contains the ticket(s) you want to recall. Step 3. Select the ticket(s) you want to recall, and click “Recall Tickets.” Step 4. Enter an optional message and click “Recall Tickets” to complete the recall. Step 5. The ticket(s) will be available immediately in your account to manage. EXCHANGING TICKETS Step 1. Log into your My Tickets account at www.Indians.com/MyTickets. Step 2. Select the “My Ticket Inventory” button. Step 3. Find the dropdown menu “Ticket Action: Select an Action” in the middle of the page. Step 4. Select “Exchange Tickets” from the Ticket Action dropdown menu. Step 5. Choose the date and tickets you would like to turn in for exchange, and click “Continue.” Step 6. Select the game you would like to exchange into from the list of available dates. Step 7. Hover over different seating sections on the Progressive Field map to see what tickets are available and their cost, and click on your desired seating section. Step 8. Click on the seats you would like to reserve, and then click “Review Your Selections” Step 9. Review your order and click “Continue”. Step 10. If your exchange was an upgrade, enter your payment information and billing address (If you had an even exchange, no payment information is required). Step 11. Confirm your email under the “Delivery Method” section, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click “Buy Tickets”. 7 2020CLEVELAND INDIANS / SEASON TICKET HOLDER GUIDE / TRIBE REWARDS As a Season Ticket Holder, you already have access to Tribe Rewards and there are already points in your account! To log in to Tribe Rewards, follow these simple steps: 1. Visit www.triberewards.com 2. Click “Sign In” 3. Use your linked MLB.com email address and password to log in Please note: You will need to have your MLB.com account linked to your My Indians Tickets account in order to access Tribe Rewards. If you have not done so already, you can complete this easy process at www.indians.com/mytickets. For more details, click here. TICKET PARTNERS If you have designated Tribe Rewards partners previously, you will need to register them again through your account. To designate official partners for your Tribe Rewards account; 1. Sign in to your account at www.triberewards.com 2. Click on the “Partners” tile on the home page 3. Complete the partner designation form, making sure to use the MLB.com email address associated with your partner’s My Indians Tickets account a. If your ticket partner does not yet have a My Indians Tickets account, they will need to create one at www.indians.com/mytickets. b. Once their account is created, they must link their My Indians Tickets account with an MLB.com email account. If the accounts are not linked when signing in, an error message will appear. 4. Click “Submit” and you will receive an automated confirmation email, which you will want to forward to your partner. This email will include instructions on how your partner will log-in and get started. 8 2020CLEVELAND INDIANS / SEASON TICKET HOLDER GUIDE / ROSTER STATUS As a Season Ticket Holder, you have a specific Tribe Rewards roster status based on the number of consecutive years you’ve held a season ticket package and renewed your tickets during the renewal period (tenure).
