WCVA has developed its support to community organisations both directly and through its membership of Communities First Support Network.

It has continued to press for policies that will support community-led

regeneration, and for additional resources for community groups. It has

provided opportunities for community activists to network and learn from

each other, and it has stimulated debate and discussion about community

regeneration in Wales. Developments this year included:

Mewn sawl Eleni, 2006, mae rhaglenni cyfredol y Cronfeydd ffordd mae'r Strwythurol Ewropeaidd ar fin dod i ben. Mae tim cyfnod Ewropeaidd WCVA wedi chwarae rhan allweddol o ran sydd wedi'i helpu mudiadau gwirfoddol i gael gafael ary cyllid a oedd

ar gynnwys yn yr gael a chyfrannu cymaint at adfywio ac adnewyddu adroddiad hwn cymunedau ledled Cymru. Rwyf wrth fy modd bod WCVA

unwaith eto wedi bod yno 'o'r cychwyn cyntaf' ac wedi bod yn cynrychioli blwyddyn yn gweithio'n galed ar ran y sector i lunio a dylanwadu ary sefydlog rhaglenni newydd a ddaw i rym y flwyddyn nesaf. a cyn y chymharol ddigyffro Yn ystod 2007 byddwn hefyd yn cwblhau ein canolfan sector gwirfoddol newidiadau mawr a ddaw gyda yng Ngogledd Cymru, sef Neuadd Morfa. Mae Neuadd Morfa yn y Rhyl ac dyfodiad Deddf Llywodraeth mae wedi'i hail ddatblygu'n sylweddol a bydd yn ased gwerthfawr i'r sector

Cymru, Adolygiad Beecham gwirfoddol yng Ngogledd Cymru. Gyda chyfleusterau cynadledda, cyfarfod a 0 Wasanaethau Cyhoeddus, hyfforddi ary safle, ynghyd a chaffe i ddefnyddwyr a chyfleusterau TG gwych, a'rCronfeydd Strwythurol bydd yn ganolfan barhaol i WCVA yn y Gogledd ac yn bencadlys ar gyfer

Ewropeaidd newydd, yn 2007. mudiadau gwirfoddol yn y rhanbarth.

Er Mae'r adroddiad hwn hynny, bu eleni'n flwyddyn yn disgrifio amrywiaeth enfawr o weithgareddau a hanesyddol i WCVA, y cynghorau llwyddiannau. Gobeithiaf y byddwch, fel minnau, yn cael eich ysbrydoli gwirfoddol sirol a'r swyddfeydd a'ch syfrdanu. gwirfoddoli, yn dilyn llofnodi Glenys Kinnock ASE Cytundeb Partneriaeth pum mlynedd, sengl, tridarn, gyda

Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru. Adroddiad y Cadeirydd

Mae'r Cytundeb hwn yn un Bu eleni'n flwyddyn o ddysgu imi, ac rwyf yn ymwybodol gwirioneddol arloesol gan ei fod iawn o'r cyfraniad enfawr a wnaeth Tom Jones fel Cadeirydd yn sefydlu, am y tro cyntaf erioed, dros gyfnod o bum mlynedd i sicrhau bod WCVA mewn gytundeb ariannu pum mlynedd cyflwr mor iach a bod ganddo enw da yng Nghymru a thu sydd hefyd yn cynnwys cyllid hwnt. Diolch yn fawr, Tom. craidd i swyddfeydd gwirfoddoli.

Yr wyf yn falch o gael dweud bod WCVA a'r sector Y Mae'r trefniadau ariannu hefyd gwirfoddol yng Nghymru wedi parhau i ffynnu yn yn galluogi WCVA, swyddfeydd ystod y flwyddyn ddiwethaf. Gellir priodoli hyn i arweinyddiaeth Graham gwirfoddoli a'r CGSau, i Benfield, effeithlonrwydd tawel Jan Bish, a'r tim rhagorol sy'n cydweithio a ddechrau mynd ati i ailgynllunio hwy yng Nghaerdydd, y Drenewydd, Llanbedr PontSteffan a Bae Colwyn. eu gwasanaethau craidd mewn Bydd cipolwg ar Adroddiad Blynyddol 2005-06 yn ddigon, yr wyf yn siwr, ffordd gydlynus ac integredig, i dynnu sylw'r sawl sy'n ei ddarllen at ddyfnder, amrediad ac amrywiaeth y ac i gynnig gwasanaeth gwell, gweithgareddau y mae staff WCVA yn ymgymryd a hwy i hysbysu, cynghori, mwy cynhwysfawr a chydlynol arwain a grymuso'r sector gwirfoddol, yn ogystal a chynrychioli'r sector yng 1 unrhyw unigolyn, grwp neu nghoridorau pwer eicon pensaerniol arall ym Mae Caerdydd. fudiad sy'n dymuno datblygu eu

neu leol. Yr oeddem cyfrannu at drydydd sector cryf yn arbennig o falch o glywed am ddyfarnu CBE i Margaret

Thorne fel yng Nghymru a'i gefnogi. cydnabyddiaeth bellach am ei gwasanaeth gwirfoddol diflino am

bron i saith deg o flynyddoedd. Yr wyf yn siwr y bydd holl aelodau'r Bwrdd am Graham Benfield QBE

Mae WCVA wedi sicrhau bod manylion dros 80 o ymgynghoriadau polisi

wedi eu dosbarthu i'r sector trwy ei gyfryngau cyhoeddi a chyfathrebu.

Mae wedi cadw cysylltiad gyda grwpiau gwirfoddol a chymunedol trwy

ddigwyddiadau polisi rhanbarthol chwarterol, cyfarfodydd ymgynghori, a

chefnogaeth i amrywiaeth eang o rwydweithiau, a oedd yn cynnwys bron i

2,000 o bobl.

Mae wedi paratoi papurau cefndir ar 15 o • y Mesur Elusennau, gan gynnwys

faterion polisi, ac mae wedi ymateb i 27 o gwelliannau a gynigiwyd gan WCVA.

Rhoddwyd arian i bedwar sector ac awdurdodau lleol i sicrhau parhad Edwina Hart MBE prosiect o dan y rownd fidio ychwanegol yn y gefnogaeth bwysig i grwpiau sy'n cefnogi yn lawns Recriwtio hon, gan gyfrannu cyfanswm o £24,478. gwirfoddolwyr, yn pobl agored i niwed. Dylai parhad y gefnogaeth

Mae gan lawer o grwpiau gwirfoddol a chymunedol gysylltiadau gyda llywodraeth leol: gan ddylanwadu ar bolisi a dylunio

a darparu gwasanaethau lleol, chwilio am gefnogaeth i ehangu eu gweithgareddau

eu hunain, neu gyfrannu trwy graffu ar wasanaethau cyhoeddus lleol. Mae annog cydweithio gwell ar lefel leol wedi parhau i fod yn thema bwysig o waith WCVA, yn enwedig paratoi ar gyfer yr adolygiad o wasanaethau cyhoeddus lleol a gynhaliwyd gan Syr Jeremy

Beecham. Mae WCVA hefyd wedi parhau o Cefnogi a hyrwyddo gwaith grwpiau

gwirfoddol a chymunedol ar lefel

Gwasanaethau Gwirfoddol Lleol (GGLI) a chyllid seilwaith

Mae WCVA wedi parhau i weinyddu arian ar gyfer cynghorau gwirfoddol

sirol trwy'r Cynllun GGLI, Codi Pontydd Cadarn a chonsortia cyllido

Ewropeaidd.

Trwy Gynllun y Gwasanaethau Gwirfoddol Dechreuwyd ary gwaith o ddatblygu

Lleol sy'n cael ei weinyddu ar ran manylebau Cymru gyfan ar gyfer y

ddewislen o wasanaethau Llywodraeth y Cynulliad, mae WCVA wedi cefnogi eleni, i'w

weithredu darparu cyllid craidd sy'n werth bron i £2.7m yn 2007.

gyhoeddwyd yn ystod y flwyddyn, wedi Canolbwyntyw cynorthwyo mudiadau

cael eu llunio i gynorthwyo unigolion sydd a gwirfoddol i hybu datblygiad sgiliau ac

arferion chyfrifoldeb dros ei mudiadau trwy bennu'r cyflogi da, er mwyn cynorthwyo

cymwyseddau sydd eu hangen i'w galluogi i recriwtio, cadw a datblygu staff,

i ymgymryd a'u rolau'n effeithiol. Gellir eu gwirfoddolwyr, ymddiriedolwyr ac

aelodau defnyddio hefyd i ganfod anghenion dysgu byrddau neu bwyllgorau yn y

Bydd y gwasanaeth newydd yn dod a bron y cyfan

o swyddi'r sector gwirfoddol yng Nghymru o dan

yr un to, gan ei gwneud yn haws i geiswyr gwaith

-yn enwedig rhai gyda sgiliau trosglwyddadwy sy'n

gweithio y tu allan i'r sector ac sy'n chwilio am newid.

Bydd yn cynnig gwasanaeth recriwtio da iawn a hynny am bris rhesymol dros ben.

Mae WCVA wedi Cyhoeddiadau cynhyrchu fersiwn

electronig, ddwyieithog o'r Canllaw Mae Rhwydwaith Cymru, prif gylchgrawn

Uywodraethu da, sydd wedi ei anelu at newyddion y sector gwirfoddol yng

ymddiriedolwyr mudiadau gwirfoddol a Nghymru, yn parhau i fynd o nerth i nerth Yn ystod Wythnos chymunedol sy'n gyfrifol am drefniadau gydag oddeutu 1,550 o gopiau'n cael eu y Gwirfoddolwyr llywodraethu eu mudiad. Mae'r canllaw dosbarthu i aelodau WCVA, gwleidyddion lansiodd WCVA

wedi ei anelu hefyd at brif weithredwyr a chyrff statudol ddwywaith y mis. Mae gyhoeddiad newydd

sy'n gweithredu fel pont rhwng y staff a'r a anelir at roi dechrau arolwg bodlonrwydd cwsmeriaid WCVA ymddiriedolwyr. da i fudiadau yn dangos bod pob copi o Rhwydwaith wrth weithio gyda Cymru'n cael ei ddarllen gan wyth o bobl ar Bu prosiect sydd a'r nod o gynyddu nifer gwirfoddolwyr: gyfartaledd, sy'n golygu ei fod, yn cael ei Recriwtio y cynlluniau iaith Gymraeg sy'n cael eu gwirfoddolwyr

ddarllen - gan 12,400 o bobl. canllow arfer da. cynhyrchu yn y sector gwirfoddol yn dathlu Mae'n edrych ar sut lansio fersiwn o'r arweiniad poblogaidd Gyda'r tudalennau ar bolisi a chyngor mae braenaru'r tir ar O'n gwirfodd ar gryno ddisg newydd. Mae'r cyllido mor boblogaidd ag erioed, mae gyfer gwirfoddolwyr,

prosiect, datblygu'r Cymraeg yn y sector Rhwydwaith Cymru wedi cymryd yr gan gynnwys canfod

gwirfoddol sy'n cael ei gefnogi gan Fwrdd yr y ffordd orau awenau trwy hyrwyddo ymgyrchoedd

laith Gymraeg, yn ymdrech i hybu'r defnydd iddynt gyfrannu y trydydd sector yng Nghymru, gan at weledigaeth o'r Gymraeg, datblygu gweithio dwyieithog, gynnwys galw am ddiwedd arfiliau TAW y mudiad, pa i cyfeirio mudiadau at gysylltiadau defnyddiol elusennau, ymateb y sector i adolygiad swyddogaethau yn eu hardal a chynyddu nifer y siaradwyr Beecham, cynllunio ar gyfer rhaglenni penodol y byddantyn

Cyngor Gweithredu Mae WCVA yn Gwirfoddol Cymru parhau i weithio fel y corff arweiniol strategol dros wirfoddoli

yng Nghymru. Mae wedi pwyso am bolisiau sydd o fudd i wirfoddolwyr,

codi proffil gwirfoddoli ymhlith y cyhoedd, helpu pobl i fanteisio ar

volunteers gyfleoedd gwirfoddoli, helpu i godi safonau o ran rheoli gwirfoddolwyr,

A unities ariannu a chefnogi'r rhwydwaith o ganolfannau gwirfoddolwyr, ac wedi

darparu arian ar gyfer prosiectau sy'n cynnwys gwirfoddolwyr. Mae

person ifancyn ymuno a'r rhaglen. Menywod sy'n cael ei chefnogi gan Lywodraeth Lleiafrifoedd Ethnig Dosbarthwyd 45 o grantiau a oedd yn Cynulliad Cymru, yn chwarae rol allweddol Abertawe (i'r chwith), amrywio o £50 i £7000 i bartneriaid a oedd trwy gynorthwyo mudiadau gwirfoddol a Thtrn Troseddau

yn cyflwyno'r rhaglen ar draws Cymru a mudiadau cefnogi'r gymuned. Mae'r leuenctid Castell-nedd arian gyfan. Cyflwynodd y Prif Weinidog Rhodri Port Talbot. Tri yn galluogi'r mudiadau i recriwtio a grwp

Cymorth Cymunedol Powys, gyda'r nod o wella ansawdd y gwasanaeth a'r niferoedd yn y gymuned sy'n ymgymryd a gwaith gwirfoddol. Mae £569,480 gan Lywodraeth Prif Weinidog Cymru Cynulliad Cymru wedi ei glustnodi gan Rhodri Morgan

WCVA i aelodau Consortia ac mae hwn wedi yn llongyfarch cael ei ddosbarthu ar lefel sirol. Amcangyfrifir gwirfoddolwraig ifanc.

Mae WCVA wedi datblygu ei gefnogaeth i fudiadau cymunedol yn uniongyrchol a thrwy fod yn aelod o Rwydwaith Cefnogi Cymunedau yn

Gyntaf. Mae'n parhau i bwyso am bolisiau a fydd yn cefnogi adfywiad a fydd yn cael ei arwain gan y gymuned, ac am adnoddau ychwanegol i grwpiau cymunedol. Mae wedi darparu cyfleoedd i rai sy'n gweithredu yn eu cymuned i rwydweithio a dysgu oddi wrth ei gilydd, ac mae wedi annog trafodaethau a dadlau am adfywio cymunedol yng Nghymru. Mae'r datblygiadau a welwyd yn ystod eleni wedi cynnwys:

Pleidleisiodd y cyfranogwyr yn nigwyddiad Gymunedau yn Gyntaf Porthcawl dros sefydlu rhwydwaith Preswylwyr yn Mae preswylwyr ardaloedd Cymunedau siarad allan preswylwyr Cymunedau yn Gyntaf. yng yn Gyntaf o bob cwr o'r De wedi cael nghynhadledd cyfle i gymharu eu profiadau mewn dwy Rhwydwaith Cefnogi Cyfranogaeth Cymru a gynhadledd gynhaliwyd yn ystod y Cymunedau yn Gyntaf.

Mae Cyfranogaeth Cymru'n gweithio fel flwyddyn. I lawer o'r preswylwyr dyma'r tro

rhan o Rwydwaith Cefnogi Cymunedau yn cyntaf iddynt gael cyfle i gwrdd a phreswylwyr eraill Gyntaf (RhCCG) i hybu cyfranogaeth mewn sy'n gysylltiedig a phartneriaethau,

ardaloedd i Cymunedau yn Gyntaf. Mae hyn sgwrsio am y pethau sy'n bwysig iddynt, ac i sicrhau rol flaenllaw i yn cynnwys cynnig hyfforddiant, sefydlu gymunedau yn y

Amcan 1, ac mae'n gronfa fwrsariaeth sy'n i fyw bywydau Roedd ychydig dros 100 o bobl yn mor gweithio i alluogi aelodau o'r gymuned annibynnol a bresennol yn y ddau ddigwyddiad yn llawn i ag sy'n bosib ymweld a phrosiectau eraill. Rhoddir Abertawe a Phorthcawl, a drefnwyd yn y gymuned. pwyslais ar ddysgu trwy rannu syniadau a Yn gan WCVA ar ran Rhwydwaith Cefnogi ystod 2005-06 phrofiadau a phobl eraill sy'n gyfrifol am wnaeth y cynllun Cymunedau yn Gyntaf. Roedd y benderfyniadau sy'n effeithio arnynt. Bydd ddosbarthu cyfanswm gwerthusiad o'r digwyddiadau'n bositif dros y Gronfa'n ystyried ceisiadau am bob math o £2,062,202. Wnaeth ben gyda bron 100 y cant o'r cyfranogwyr 70 mudiad elwa o'r o gynigion, a gall gynnig hyd at £200 i dalu yn dweud bod y digwyddiadau'n costau'r ymweliad. Mae pobl ifanc sy'n ddall neu sy'n gweld yn rhannol mewn cymuned yn y Cymoedd yn cael y cyfle i ddod a'u talentau dramatig i'r amlwg.Mae cynllun Cynyrchiadau UCAN yn bwriadu o roi hyder newydd i'r aelodau wrth iddynt fynegi eu hunain mewn gweithdai drama, yn ogystal a chwrdd a chymdeithasu a phobl eraill sydd a nam areu golwg.

am weithwyr cymunedol a chyfranogiad. Yn 2005 - 06, ariannwyd lleol, ac mae'n ffrwyth 29 o geisiadau a rhoddwyd grantiau gwerth cydweithredu rhwng WCVA a RhCCG. Ei £68,941. nod yw cynorthwyo'r broses o drawsnewid

gweithredwyr cymunedol gwirfoddol i Risg Gymdeithasol fod yn ymarferwyr datblygu cymunedol

Mae'r Gronfa Risg Gymdeithasol wedi bod cymwysedig, profiadol a chyflogedig. Bydd

yn cefnogi mudiadau gwirfoddol bach pob prosiect peilotyn recriwtio a chyflogi

nifer o brentisiaid a fydd yn elwa ar gwrs yng Nghymru er2001 ac mae'n awryn Superdads Penpych ei blwyddyn olaf. Mae'n cynnig grantiau yng Nghanolfan hyfforddi achrededig mewn datblygu

gwerth hyd at £10,000 i brosiectau sy'n Awyr Agored cymunedol, hyfforddiant anffurfiol mewn

Daerwynno, Cronfa gwella sgiliau ac yn mynd i'r afael ag allgau swydd a rhaglen lawn o leoliadau profiad Ymddiriedolaeth cymdeithasol. Mae'n cael ei hariannu'n gwaith. Mae disgwyl i hwn fod yn brosiect

Cymunedau yn Gyntaf. rhannol gan Lywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru cyffrous a all wneud gwahaniaeth mawr i rai

a Chronfa Gymdeithasol Ewrop, a'i nod yw 0 gymunedau mwyaf difreintiedig Cymru.

Gymdeithasol. Yn Sir Benfro, er Ffrydlan enghraifft, mae'r cynnydd

wedi bod yn raddol wrth gyflwyno'r cynllun Mae'r rhagien grant Ffrydlan wedi cyrraedd

gompostio cartref a chymunedol ar draws y deuddeng mis olaf ei hoes, gyda'r dyddiad sir gyda llawer o ysgolion, busnesau a'r rhan olaf ar gyfer grantiau ar 31 Rhagfyr gyda'r

fwyaf o gartrefi yn y sir bellach yn derbyn rhagien yn cael ei dirwyn i ben ar 31 Mawrth offer a hyfforddiant. 2007. Mae'r rhagien wedi dyfarnu £2.76m

i ugain o brosiectau yng Nghymru, gyda Mae cyfleuster newydd Cyngor Sir Gwynedd

chyfanswm o £2,236,523 wedi'i ddyrannu. i drafod defnyddiau, sy'n ganolbwynt Mae'r rhagien hon yn rhoi mwy o bwyslais partneriaeth gyhoeddus-gymunedol, ar ddatblygu prosiectau fel mentrau bron wedi'i gwblhau er gwaethaf oedi cymdeithasol a chyflawni cynaliadwyedd oherwydd cyflenwadau pwera newidiadau economaidd fel darparwyr gwasanaeth. i'r trefniadau iechyd a diogelwch. Gobeithir Nid yw pob prosiect wedi llwyddo i ddal ati y bydd y cynllun yn dechrau gweithio arol diwedd cyfnod eu grant; mewn rhai yn y dyfodol agos gan olygu y gall achosion maentwedi methu oherwydd nad pobl Gwynedd ailgylchu llawer mwy o ydynt wedi llwyddo i sicrhau cytundeb gan ddefnyddiau trwy gasgliadau min y ffordd, eu hawdurdod lleol i barhau i dalu am y ac y bydd yn golygu dyfodol disglair i'r staff gwasanaethau y maent wedi eu datblygu. a hyfforddeion yn Antur Waunfawr wrth

iddynt redeg eu hochr hwy o'r fenter. Mewn achosion eraill, mae'r prosiect wedi mynd o nerth i nerth un ai trwy ragori Un o effeithiau holl weithgareddau'r Cynllun ar eu targedau, neu trwy arallgyfeirio i fydd datblygiad marchnad wirioneddol feysydd cysylltiedig fel masnachu a darparu gynaliadwy mewn amrywiaeth eang gwasanaethau. Mae'r rhagien wedi darparu o ddefnyddiau, na fyddai wedi bod yn llawer o wybodaeth am yr hyn y mae modd ymarferol o safbwynt economaidd mor i'r sector cymunedol ei gyflawni ar nifer o ddiweddar a dwy flynedd yn ol. lefelau yng Nghymru, a bydd yn cynnig cyfleoedd i nifer o grwpiau i barhau i ffynnu

ar ol diwedd y rhagien.

Cynllun Ailgylchu Strategol

Mae'r rhagien amgylcheddol bwysig hon yn parhau i gefnogi'r deuddeg partneriaeth sirol ledled Cymru sydd bellach wedi cyrraedd gwahanol gamau yn eu datblygiad. Ar y blaen, gyda phrosiect a gwblhawyd yn gynharach eleni ac sydd wrthi'n gweithio mae Arbedwyr Gwastraff

Casnewydd (Newport Wastesavers) a dderbyniodd £989,437 gan Lywodraeth

Cynulliad Cymru ac sydd wedi bod yn llwyddiant digamsyniol. O ran y deg prosiect sy'n gweithio o fewn ardaloedd Cymunedau yn Gyntaf mae eu cynnydd yn amrywiol, yn bennaf oherwydd amrywiaeth enfawry gweithgareddau sydd wedi eu hariannu.

Enfys

Mae rhaglen Enfys yn tynnu at ddiwedd ei

blwyddyn olaf ar nodyn uchel. Fe'i lansiwyd

yn 2001 fel rhan o raglen Meysydd Glas

a Chymunedau Cynaliadwy DU gyfan

y Gronfa Cyfleoedd Newydd (ary pryd).

Mae'r rhaglen wedi cefnogi pob math o

weithgareddau, gan gynnwys adeiladu

gerddi cymunedol, meysydd chwarae,

coetiroedd, llwybrau gwyrdd a llwybrau

seiclo, gwlypdiroedd a phyllau natur. Mae

gweithgareddau cymunedol cynaliadwy

wedi cynnwys prosiectau ailgylchu a

chompostio, rhandiroedd, marchnadoedd

bwyd lleol a gerddi marchnad, canolfannau

addysg, a phopeth o brosiect hofrenfad gan hytrach na chynllunio neu astudio i baratoi

dim o bobl ifanc i ar eu gasglwyr solar, system cyfer. Yn y diwedd dim ond 113 o

wresogi biomas ar gyfer pwll nofio, gwaith grantiau proses a ddyfarnwyd ar gyfer

astudiaethau a sy'n cynhyrchu bioddisel 100 y cant o olew chynllunio o'i gymharu a

llysiau wedi'i ddefnyddio a thoiled compost tharged o 200, tra bod grantiau cymunedol

ar o gyfer eglwys hanesyddol. hyd at £25,000 wedi eu dyfarnu i 222 o

brosiectau o'i gymharu a tharged o 140. Dros bum mlynedd ei hoes, mae'r Derbyniwyd mwy o geisiadau na'r disgwyl

rhaglen wedi dyfarnu grantiau i 365 o hefyd am grantiau partneriaeth mwy,

ymgeiswyr, a llwyddodd 342 ohonynt i gyda 30 yn cael eu dyfarnu o'i gymharu gwblhau eu prosiectyn llwyddiannus. a tharged o 25. Mae cyfanswm o £6.33m Dewisodd llawer mwy na'r disgwyl o'r wedi cael ei dalu i brosiectau a chafodd

ymgeiswyr ddefnyddio eu harian i adeiladu y rhaglen ei dirwyn i ben ar amser ar 31

acymgymryd a phrosiectau ffisegol, yn Gorffennaf 2006.

wedi'i archebu ymlaen llaw a bu'n rhaid ailgylchu newydd trwy'r cynlluniau

ei chynnal eto yng Nghaerdydd ym mis Ffrydlan ac Ailgylchu Strategol.

Cynghori, gan ddarparu cyllid o grantiau a benthyciadau i fentrau

Ewropeaidd i alluogi gwasanaethau cymdeithasol a grwpiau gwirfoddol

cynghori i recriwtio a hyfforddi 354 a chymunedol mewn ardaloedd

o wirfoddolwyr. Cymunedau yn Gyntaf.

Parhau i • ddatblygu gwaith y Gynghrair Gweithio ar brosiect i ganfod pa

Cydraddoldeb a Hawliau Dynol, a sgiliau y bydd eu hangen ar ddatblygu

hwyluso ei hymateb i'r Comisiwn cymunedol gwledig dros y deng

Cydraddoldeb a Hawliau Dynol mlynedd nesaf. Mae WCVAyn gweithio

arfaethedig. gydag amrywiaeth o bartneriaid, ac

mae'r • prosiect yn cael ei ariannu gan Cynadleddau i breswylwyr ardaloedd Ymddiriedolaeth Carnegie UK o dan ei Cymunedau yn Gyntaf yn y De-orllewin raglen Rhaglen Ymchwil Gweithredu yng a'r De.

Nghefn Gwlad (RARP). Gwella'r adnoddau o sydd ar gael i'r sector gwirfoddol

Mae WCVA wedi parhau i weithio i wella'r adnoddau sydd ar gael i'r sector.

Mae wedi ymgynghori a'r sector ar faterion cyllid, ac mae wedi ceisio cynyddu

nifer y cyfleoedd sydd ar gael i'r sector yn sgil y cynlluniau grant sy'n cael eu

gweinyddu gan WCVA. Mae cyflawniadau'r flwyddyn wedi cynnwys:

Y Gronfa Fuddsoddi Ymgynghori a'r sector ar arian y Loteri Gymunedol

a Mesury Loteri Genedlaethol, a Mae'r pecyn grant/benthyciadau newydd

chyflwyno cynigion sy'n pwysieisio hwn wedi ennyn llawer o ddiddordeb o

blaenoriaethau'r sector. blith mentrau dosbarthu nid-er-elw sydd

am leihau eu dibyniaeth ar arian grantiau. Trefnu dwy gynhadledd bwysig ar gyllid Mae digwyddiadau a gweithdai'n cael eu i'r sector gwirfoddol. cynnal ledled Cymru i hyrwyddo'r Gronfa,

Hysbysu'r sector o drefniadau'r cronfeydd gyda phwyslais ar ardaloedd Cymunedau

strwythurol Ewrop ar gyfer 2007-12, yn Gyntaf/Amcan 1, gan fod y cynllun

a wedi'i anelu at chynrychioli ei fuddiannau gerbron yr ardaloedd hyn.

Mae Bwrdd ac is-bwyllgorau WCVA wedi parhau i sicrhau bob systemau

cadarn mewn grym i wneud yr elusen yn fwy effeithlon ac effeithiol, ac i roi

sylw i ffactorau mewnol ac allanol a all ddylanwadu ar ei effeithiolrwydd,

gan gynnwys:

• Parhau i adolygu rhagamcanion tymor WCVAyn dathlu llwyddiant

hir a mabwysiadu strategaethau ariannu i cyntaf i'r sector gyda gwobr sicrhau adnoddau i gynnal ei amrywiaeth rhagoriaeth o weithgareddau elusennol.

WCVA yw'r mudiad cyntaf o'r sector

• Cynnal arolwg cynhwysfawro gwirfoddol yng Nghymru i ennill gwobr

fodlonrwydd cwsmeriaid, a oedd yn Buddsoddwyr mewn Rhagoriaeth. Mae

cynnwys barn aelodau a rhai nad ydynt hyn yn dangos bod WCVAyn gyflogwr a

yn aelodau. darparwr gwasanaethau o'r radd flaenaf.

• Cynnal arolwg bodlonrwydd ymhlith staff. Ar ol cyfnod o 18 mis pan oedd staff WCVA

• yn cael eu hasesu'n barhaus, a'i ffordd Ymaelodi a Chanolfan Ansawdd Cymru,

o weithio a a chyflwyno newidiadau'n chynnig am - a chyflawni - safon

cael eu dadansoddi, dyfarnwyd gwobr Buddsoddwyr mewn Rhagoriaeth o fewn

model Buddsoddwyr mewn Rhagoriaeth i WCVA y Sefydliad Ewropeaidd dros

gan Ganolfan Ansawdd Reolaeth o Cymru. Safon (EFQM).

• Mae'r rhaglen wedi ei llunio i annog Cynnal lefel II y Ddraig Werdd ac

achrediad gwelliantym mhob agwedd o'r mudiad Buddsoddwyr mewn Pobl, a

-gan gynnwys arweinyddiaeth, prosesau, phecyn cynhwysfawr o bolisiau, sy'n cael

eu pobl a chanlyniadau i gwsmeriaid - hadolygu'n gyson. gyda'r
