CPD Technical Visit Introduction :

The Shatin Communications and Technology Centre (SCTC) is significant to the CPD hour : Hong Kong Jockey Club in supporting to business growth and to deliver a new

2.5 points and better world-class working environment for staff with environmental-friendly building facilities. It brings together a series of core operations within an improved, more sustainable environment which caters to the long-term Relevant Core Competency : operational requirements of the Club.

(1) Maintenance and Operation Measuring a gross floor area of over 50,000 m2, the new facility has been a Management significant undertaking for the Property-Facilities Management team of the Hong (2) Real Estate Portfolio Kong Jockey Club. The building accommodates the Club’s Main Telebet Centre, Management (3) IT Management an Integrated Call Centre, the IT Department, Broadcasting Department facilities including their television studios, and a Hong Kong Jockey Club College for ongoing development of Club employees. Language : With a strong focus on sustainability, this building contains a lot of green and advanced features and the project is certified for BEAM Plus Gold and LEED Gold certification.

Participants who have attended the CPD event are entitled to have 2.5 CPD hours for the event. A “Participation e-Certificate”, issued by the HKIFM, will be provided upon request.

Please note that the HKIFM has NOT arranged any insurance coverage for any participant on any personal accidents or virus infection arising out of this event. Participants should make their own insurance arrangements at their own expenses and expressly waive their claims against the HKIFM whatsoever howsoever.
