What is fusion cuisine? In the olden day people were lead by their tradition and , as food plays a major role in tradition and culture the food habits and food recipes were passed on to to generation by elders, there was no change with the food for centuries, we all know that around the world there are many different with different food habits, each culture have their own set of and their method of food, in the 20th century due to over excellences in modern transporting facilities and technology we are much faster in travel as well in transforming information here we come to know world in one click of a button here in food we come to know the varies styles of food and want to try it out with the twist of our own ingredients and balancing the food to match with people pallet here in the country, fusion cuisine is a form of collaborating varies ingredients form varies parts of the world with introduction of new cooking methods etc, when it comes fusion a great care has to be taken as because we represent different cultures and need a great knowledge of ingredients around the world.
