THE STIRLING COUNCIL (WEIGHT RESTRICTION) (CONSOLIDATION AND AMENDMENT N0. 4) ORDER 2002
Councillor D Thomson, Chair of the Environmental Quality Committee, will move as follows:-
“That the Stirling Council resolve to make an Order under the powers conferred upon them by Sections 1(1) to (3), 2(1) to (4) and 4(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), to be known as “The Stirling Council (Weight Restriction) (Consolidation and Amendment No. 4) Order 2002” the effect of which will be to introduce the weight restrictions on the sections of road detailed in the Schedule hereto”.
