A site visit shall be arranged after the RFP deadline for all proposers to prepare for their technical demonstration presentation. 10 Omar Hamdallah reminded all attendees that the RFP deadline is 9 May 2019 at 15:00 (Amman local NA time). Omar reminded all attendees that the expected system should be online by start of June 2019. Omar advised that if there are any hardware/software delivery terms that are beyond this timeline, it should be clearly indicated in the proposal and shall be considered in the technical evaluation of the proposals. 11 Omar Hamdallah reminded all proposers to submit two emails by the deadline of 9 May 2019: NA -1 email with the technical proposal -1 email with the financial proposal
