Raider Nation Tailgate Party! Dear Raider Nation!
I am excited we are bringing back our Raider Nation Tailgate Party this year at homecoming!
On September 20, 2019, our varsity football team will take on Carolina Pride High School at 7:30 P.M. We are offering our fans the option to tailgate before the game. This will be the first home game of the season and we are ready to start it off with a win! Because of new restrictions, we only have a limited number of spots this year.
Tailgating will take place from 4:00 P.M. until 11:00 P.M. Sold as a package, fans can reserve spaces inside of our athletic complex on the baseball and softball field directly across from the stadium. Please see the attached sheets for more information on how to reserve your space, and/or contact Mironda Scott at 803- 714-2500 or [email protected] .
We would like to invite you to come out to our 3rd Annual Homecoming Parade. It is the third year of our new and exciting tradition with the homecoming parade and we would like all of you to come out and support this new tradition. The homecoming parade will take place on the campus and will start at 1:30 PM and will immediately be followed by our annual homecoming pep rally. All proceeds will go toward the foundation of our athletic program – the Weight Room!

Tailgate Package
Raider ($100)- Reserved tailgate area for large group. The tailgate area can accommodate up to thirty people. Groups that reserve their tailgate area before September 6, 2019 will have the option to select their tailgate area. Game Tickets must be purchased for access to the tailgating area. No one will be allowed into the tailgate area without a ticket.

W.J. Keenan High School RESERVED TAILGATING POLICY AND PROCEDURES
The W.J. Keenan High School Reserved Tailgating Policy and Procedures are in place to insure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all involved. W.J. Keenan High School personnel appreciate your assistance in adhering to these guidelines.

SET UP: The Reserved Tailgating area will be open at 4pm. The tailgating space is designed to accommodate vehicles with passes and a 10’ x 10’ tents. The tent must be set up in the area that you have been assigned on the softball or baseball field. Only one vehicle per reservation will be permitted to park adjacent to the baseball field. The Reserved Tailgating area will be closed to traffic promptly at 6:00 P.M. No vehicles will be allowed in the area after this time. Access to the Raider Nation Tailgate Party will only be granted by foot after 6:00 P.M.
AFTER GAME: The tailgating area will close at 11:00 P.M. Any vehicles that remain on site after 11:00 P.M. will be towed at owner’s expense. W.J. Keenan High School is not responsible for items or vehicles at any time.
PARKING PASSES: Parking passes are to be displayed on vehicles at all times. Vehicles will not be allowed on premises without parking pass. Any vehicle found on premises without pass displayed will be towed at owner’s expense. This policy will be strictly enforced. Duplication of passes is strictly prohibited. Any duplication of passes will be subject to immediate removal from premises.
RESERVED TAILGATING RULES: Dispose of charcoal in bins only. Disposal bins are located near dugout entrances. Tailgaters are asked to not leave burning charcoal unattended at any time. All beverages must be in plastic or aluminum containers. NO GLASS CONTAINERS WILL BE ALLOWED. All trash is to be bagged and disposed in trash bins. No private golf carts, all-terrain vehicles or motorcycles will be allowed in tailgating area. Sale or distribution of products, including food or beverage is strictly prohibited.
