The items included information regarding the financial integrity rating system of Texas, information regarding the Dallam Hartley County Hazard Mitigation Plan, and a presentation of the Texas academic performance report for the district. District superintendent Joe Alcorta said the financial integrity report reflected information from the 2017 based on the financials of the 2016- Nixie Sanderson/The Dalhart Texan 2017 school year. “This is the financial integrity the TEA (Texas Local students Education Agency) does on our school district,” Alcorta explained. “Our school district received a showcase score of 100. White, 30, was sentenced to 30 years at The Department of Cor- rections after he pled guilty to sec- ond-degree murder in the trial for the murder of Kimberlee Graves at the Larimer County Justice Cen- ter. Graves was last seen on Dec. 4 2017 and was reported missing on Dec. 8. Police said Graves was report- edly killed on the morning of Dec. 5, and her body was discovered in Lory State Park by a ranger on duty on Jan. 9, according to The Colora- doan. The Larimer County Coroner’s Office ruled Grave’s death as a ho- micide due to her injuries. Accord- ing to the Larimer County Coro- ner’s Office, there was evidence of blunt-force trauma, signs of stran- gulation and evidence that could be indicative of sexual assault.
