 KALACHAKRA "Kalachakra" means cycles of time, and time is a measure of change, both external, in the world and in the universe, and internal in the body. It is a complex practice of the highest class of tantra, Anuttarayoga. The initiation of Kalachakra has the power to protect us in everyday life from misfortune and negative influences and strengthens the fulfillment of our desires is a profound method to overcome the harmful effects of compulsive karma and to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all. Karma is the mental factor that compels us to do, say or think something, and it is based on lack of awareness and confusion about the effect of our behavior and how we, others, and all things exist. As a result of our karmic behavior, we experience the cycle of uncontrollable , subject to the devastating effects of the inner and outer cycles of time. In addition, the internal and external practice of Kalachakra when ministered to large groups of people, promotes harmony and world peace.

 THE 37 PRACTICES OF The 37 practices of the Bodhisattvas are the most renowned texts in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. It is a beautiful devotional poem written in praise of the ideals and practices of Bodhisattvas, those who undertake to achieve full enlightenment for all sentient beings. In its 37 verses, it gives fundamental instructions to those who are willing to enter the path of unlimited compassion and love for all without exception.

 REFUGEE CEREMONY People are busy, all over the world. Even animals and insects are always busy -- collecting things so they can be happy in the future. But this accumulation is one of the causes of suffering. Refuge in the Buddha is protection against this suffering. Since our life has taught us to depend upon this accumulation or personal gain, therefore we get the correction we need through spiritual practice. Taking refuge in the 3 Jewels means, that one takes the Buddha as teacher, the Dharma as the Teaching and the Sangha (the highest assembly as well as the sangha of practitioners) as the guiding principle in one’s life practice. One takes refuge through a teacher and within a Buddhist community, committing oneself not to harm any sentient beings. Taking refuge is not taking some obscure vow. We are just introduced to how we are and how everyone is.

 PUJA / TSOG The "pujas" are prayers and blessings that are realized in order to harmonize the energies of the people, places and companies. Practices serve to increase faith, energy on the spiritual path, remove all obstacles, negativities and lack of harmony, and improve the quality of life. The tsog is an elaborate ceremony of is an offering to the wisdom beings and the Three Jewels (Buddha, Dharma and Sangha), which uses food and drinks of different flavors as the object of meditation and purification. The food and ingredients are selected from the best quality, as if waiting for a very special guest, and not necessarily the foods we like. We asked for those who come to the ceremony tsog involved bringing foods that make up the ceremony: sweet, savory veggies, fruits, meats, pickles and juices (cannot have meat or fish).
