Trip Start Destination (Click on ‘Whakahoro’ to go to location on Google Maps) Day One 9am Meet Ki Tai Cultural Navigator Team at 9am Unload gear, trailers, waka & all necessary equipment 9.30am River Trip Safety Brief 10am Cultural formalities and embark on the Whanganui River Journey 11.30am Morning Tea (Toilet Stop) at Mangapapa Campsite 12pm Continue river journey towards Ohauora Campsite 1.30pm Lunch at Ohauora Campsite 2.30pm Depart Ohauora Campsite for Mangapāpapa Kāinga 4.30pm Arrive at Mangapāpapa Kāinga 5pm Pōwhiri at Mangapāpapa Kāinga then set up Camp 6.30pm Dinner 7.30pm Karakia (Cultural Sharing Time)
