ABSTRACT Study of the subtribe Setariinae (Poaceae) in Phu Chong Na Yoi National Park, Ubon Ratchathani province was conducted from October 2009 to December 2010. Field exploration and specimen collections were made along 9 routes representing 4 vegetation types at 200-300 m. The vegetation are open rock platform, deciduous dipterocarp forest, dry evergreen forest and open area. Eleven genera, 19 species and 2 varieties were recorded. The genus Panicum L. is the highest number of species (4). One species, Sacciolepis fenestrata Bor is an endemic to Thailand and new locality recorded. Keywords: Poaceae, Subtribe Setariinae, Phu Chong Na Yoi National Park
