We are glad to have you be with us and hope you get to visit old friends and enjoy new experiences. The theme for this rally is “A FAIR TO REMEMBER”. We intend to do things a little different than in the past. Enjoy your time, see and do new activities, explore the local area, try out the many fine places to eat, Dress up for theme days ( Chapter day and Patriotic day) and “Have Fun”. We are trying something a little different by having different food trucks each day to give you a little more variety to choose from. We need feedback from you to see if this is something we should continue to do at future rallies. The things to do and see here are too numerous to mention in this letter. Check the information center on the grounds in the Ag Building for more things to do. Our buildings are a little crowded due to the Coliseum being an ice skating rink, but with your help and understanding, we will have a GREAT time. Our Volunteers work hard to make your rally enjoyable. Please tell the volunteers how much you appreciate their hard work. Also think about volunteering at the next rally. It will probably be the MOST fun you can imagine. If you see a First Timers ribbon, stop, shake their hand and introduce yourself. You may have a new friend for life. IF you ARE a first timer, we want to give you a “special” welcome. We have a web site sca-fmca.com. You need to check this site for the latest news on the rally and all other Six State news and information. Check it often as it changes when there is something new.. Again, Welcome to one of the best rallies in FMCA, have fun, visit the vendors, enjoy the programs and seminars, meet old friends and make new ones. As our FMCA Past President says, “Its all about having Fun” Joe S. Wright Joe S. Wright National VP South Central Area SRA President SRA SR VP/Rally Master FMCA’s 46th South Central Area Rally 11 Presented by the Six-State Rally Association FMCA’s South Central Area SIX-STATE RALLY ASSOCIATION, INC. Herman & Bobbie Mullins September 18, 2019 Welcome to Shreveport, Louisiana and the Great Louisiana State Fairgrounds We are excited to have you visit all of our vendors and show RVs. We also have a wide range of seminars available for you, from learning how to take care of your RV or to better utilize your computer and how to best use your microwave oven. There will also be many kinds of craft classes. Several year ago, we set aside one day as Chapter Day. This year it is on Thursday September 19th. It will be an opportunity for all chapters to have socials, pot luck dinners and allow Chapters to welcome new or prospective members. Bobbie and I hope to visit each group (and maybe taste some great food). To top off the fun filled day, we have some great entertainment in the evenings. On Wednesday, we have Pat Mason and his Boogie Bayou Band, Friday we have Bud Christian’s Home Made Jam and Saturday will be Kenny Evans and his “Golden Oldies Show”. If you need assistance or help with anything to make your time spent with us more comfortable, please ask any of our Great Volunteers. They will be more than happy to assist you. We hope you all have a great time at the Rally, and remember “IT’S ALL ABOUT HAVING FUN” Herman Mullins Herman Mullins F302225 Senior Vice President Six-State Rally Association FMCA’s 46th South Central Area Rally 12 Presented by the Six-State Rally Association FMCA’s 46th South Central Area Rally 13 Presented by the Six-State Rally Association Welcome from Mayor Lorenz “Lo” Walker September 18, 2019 It is my pleasure to welcome the Six-State Rally Association to the Louisiana State Fairgrounds. • List of Directv Channels (United States)
List of DirecTV channels (United States) Below is a numerical representation of the current DirecTV national channel lineup in the United States. Some channels have both east and west feeds, airing the same programming with a three-hour delay on the latter feed, creating a backup for those who missed their shows. The three-hour delay also represents the time zone difference between Eastern (UTC -5/-4) and Pacific (UTC -8/-7). All channels are the East Coast feed if not specified. High definition Most high-definition (HDTV) and foreign-language channels may require a certain satellite dish or set-top box. Additionally, the same channel number is listed for both the standard-definition (SD) channel and the high-definition (HD) channel, such as 202 for both CNN and CNN HD. DirecTV HD receivers can tune to each channel separately. This is required since programming may be different on the SD and HD versions of the channels; while at times the programming may be simulcast with the same programming on both SD and HD channels. Part time regional sports networks and out of market sports packages will be listed as ###-1. Older MPEG-2 HD receivers will no longer receive the HD programming. Special channels In addition to the channels listed below, DirecTV occasionally uses temporary channels for various purposes, such as emergency updates (e.g. Hurricane Gustav and Hurricane Ike information in September 2008, and Hurricane Irene in August 2011), and news of legislation that could affect subscribers. The News Mix channels (102 and 352) have special versions during special events such as the 2008 United States Presidential Election night coverage and during the Inauguration of Barack Obama.

Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth, P.L.C. 1300 N. 17th St., 11th Floor Arlington, VA 22209 Re: KPXJ(TV), Minden, Louisiana, ID No. 81507 Application for Assignment of License File No. BALCT-20081230AFW Dear Counsel: This is in reference to the application for consent to assign the license of KPXJ(TV), Minden, Louisiana, Channel 21 (CW), from Minden Television Company (“Minden”) to KTBS, Inc. (“KTBS”). The application is unopposed. The applicants have requested a waiver of Section 73.3555(b)(2)1 of the Commission’s Rules, the local television multiple ownership rule or duopoly rule. KPXJ(TV) is assigned to the Shreveport, Louisiana Designated Market Area (“DMA”) and KTBS is the licensee of station KTBS-TV, Shreveport. For the reasons stated below, we grant the requested waiver and grant the application. Background. Under Section 73.3555(b)(2) of the Commission’s Rules currently in effect,2 two full- power television stations licensed in the same DMA that have Grade B overlap may be commonly owned if: (1) at least one of the two stations is not ranked among the top four stations in the DMA; and (2) at least eight independently owned and operating, full-power commercial and noncommercial television stations would remain in the DMA after the merger. The Shreveport DMA would not have eight independently owned and operating full power television stations after the proposed merger.
