Day Time Calendar of events Monday 12:00pm Launch of Tree Week. Malcolm Snow, Chief Executive National Capital Authority, 1 May 2017 will launch Canberra Tree Week 2017 at the National Capital Exhibition, Regatta Point

Tuesday 12:30pm- Interesting trees of the CBD, a guided walk hosted by Friends of ACT Trees. Meet at the Village Centre. Bring 3 May 2017 12noon water, wear closed shoes and clothing suitable for the weather, a hat and sunscreen. 2pm- Arboretum trees at the Australian National University – Melinda Walker. This free guided 3:30pm walk looks at mature examples of species planted at the National Arboretum Canberra, within the grounds of University House and the private gardens of the Vice Chancellors residence.
