Quantitate compound effects in any available BioMAP System EC50 Analysis of Prednisolone readout. Activity-based assays provide EC50 values, which are defined as a measure of a compound’s effectiveness 1.0 in modulating a specific phenotypic endpoint and the concentration of compound required to reduce (or increase) 0.9 the activity by 50%.
